Ordered medication on the 6th may this is now the 12th may still saying despencing which is terrible as I paid 115 pounds for this now this is a lot of money emailed and done chat numerous times with 0 response my order is still say dispensing

No response from customer service email or live chat. Waited days and now approaching weeks.
Item paid for two weeks ago and no response.

Prescription assigned and shipped in a timely manner. When the shipping company (DPD) had a slowdown I received an email and a text to alert me. I live in a rural area and shipping delays are common. The medication is properly packaged and labeled. I am very pleased with the service as I am in a bind in regards to medical access way out here in the middle of nowhere. Telehealth is a godsend for those of us in rural areas who have lost NHS services.

Some questions in the quiestionare seem repetitive but overall good quick service. Meds seem legit and work.

At first I thought it was a scam .. paid for next day delivery and nothing. However my prescription was finally delivered..2 weeks late but good product .. will use again and hopefully next time a bit quicker

So far so good, waiting for my second order later today. Last one was fine. I wish they had better options for dpd re-delivery in case it is missed, i know other services have no issues with re-delivery so i guess we'll see. If they changed that and made it friendlier so we could pick up at a local dpd service in event of an issue it would be 5/5 but i can't complain. I'll update once it arrives but so far they have been legit.

Update - All arrived and is good. Nothing wrong with this company.

Didn't receive my order the next day. Which is what I paid for but it came the day after and I was able to track it.
Meds seems legitimate. Had heard mixed reviews. Whether they'll send some orders and withhold others remains to be seen. Hope I can use them again with the same level of service. Thank you so much

I asked if my medication could be shipped today to avoid the bank holiday and I had a conversation over email with a person called Ashley and they couldn’t of been more helpful at sorting this for me thank you so much.

My order 8000175066 is two weeks late and i've emailed twice and had no response. Please can you reply as customer service is none existent. I paid for express delivery. I am a good customer and recently have had two issues but previously has always been reliable

I placed an order just because I had a 30% off code, however the total bill was no different to last year with a 20% off code. They need to change their arrangements with DPD so that customers can reschedule their own deliveries. Rescheduling is currently restricted and if you need to rearrange you have to email Pharmxtra direct which is a massive faff, especially for the exorbitant price of £5.99 for delivery (way above market for a box of pills).

That said, after the faff, I did receive my order and there were no issues with the product.

I would like to use their service more but I am deterred by said issues, so I hope the company will review those prices and delivery options ASAP.

Legitimate DR registered with the GMC, pharmacy is also registered correctly. Medication is authentic. Price is extortionate but GPs are no longer prescribing anymore (much more restriction since six years ago when I took regular as needed for 5y. Postage is not good. DPD pressed door bell and literally ran back to his van. Caught it on ring door bell camera!! Luckily my husband was expecting him and ran out n stopped him as he was driving off!!

I placed an order on the 17th of April and the money was taken immediately from my bank account but then they didn't approve my order but have yet to refund me even though I have sent three emails chasing it up I'm getting nowhere. Please be careful if you consider going on this site to order as you will probably end up out of pocket.

Paid FIFTEEN QUID for Saturday delivery - it’s late Saturday afternoon and DPD are telling me that they haven’t even received my package from Pharmxtra. Which, especially given other reviews on here, suggests it is a SCAM. Obviously happy to / will update if the situation suddenly changes and I get what I paid for! For what’s it worth, I contacted them via their website’s ’live chat’ for help, but it’s actually an email that isn’t manned on the weekend (even though they offer a weekend service…)

This is a scam, please do not use. Note that they also operate under the name Sleeping Solutions. The vast majority of positive reviews on here are clearly written by the same person or people behind their websites.

Ordered for the first time off this site yesterday and I’m really disappointed with how unprofessional this company is. You physically cannot get in touch with them, live chat, emails - no one gets back to you. The telephone is just an automated lady who ends the call. How are people seriously meant to get in contact with this company? Bearing in mind people are spending a lot of money - including myself!
My order has been sat in dispense for 1 day now even though I paid for next day delivery. They advertise next day and pay for it, but you’re very lucky if you do get it the next day!
I’m hoping my parcel arrives but I’m guessing we will find out.
They need to be better at communicating with customers as it’s ridiculous and very unprofessional!

Got a reply off a lovely lady called Michelle saying my order was cancelled and her reply was “I suggest you use a private doctor” real professional reply and my account has been disabled. Do not use this people!!!

Pharmxtra is completely unreachable. I had an issue where DPD tried to deliver to the wrong address and then decided to return the parcel to the sender (pharmxtra). DPD said the sender is the only person who can arrange a redelivery but pharmxtra do not have any working phone numbers. I’ve tried messaging them on their website web form three times in the last 36 hours but have not had a single reply from them. Completely negligent to ensure I receive my important medication promptly. They don’t mind taking money but have zero customer service. Shocking beyond measure

This service hasnt sent my meds out this was 1 week ago, still dispensing it says. It normally does good service but now they just ignoring me my emails. Left in the dark without any formal communication.

Totally. Useless. My order was despatched quickly enough or so they say and yet it still hasn't arrived. Nobody responds to emails or answers the phone. Avoid at all costs.
