I couldn’t get in the doctors and I was in so much pain. PharmXtra was a convenient place to get the medication that I needed!!!

Pharmxtra continue to provide an outstanding service. Order after order they consistently deliver. I made an order on Monday and it was with me 24 hours later. Absolutely brilliant service.

Awful ordered Monday morning paid £10 for next day delivery before 12pm and it’s still sat at dispensing. Using Black Friday as an excuse. You’ve had all year to prepare for the amount of orders you get it’s ridiculous

STAY AWAY. Never use this company or their sister companies pharmxtra / EUMeds.

They are an absolute SCAM. They’ve been “dispensing” my order for almost 2 weeks.

Customer service has told me twice it’s “being sent out today” but both DPD tracking numbers are showing as “parcel hasn’t been provided”

Avoid like the plague. Absolute SCAM.

Have to say am pleasantly surprised. After a previous nightmare experience with eumeds I vowed never to place an order with them again, but decided to give it another go after they have been operating as PharmXtra for over a year. I paid for next day delivery but was aware when I did it, that they company was notifying customer in advance that orders were taking a few days longer than detailed. I ordered on a Friday and received order confirmation straight away followed shortly by notification from the courier DPD that the package was expected but not with them. Next day I received notification that my order had gone to the pharmacy. On the Monday I received notification from PharmXtra that the order had been shipped and shortly after, notification from DPD that the order was at the depot. Today around 12.30 I got notification that the package was out for delivery with a 1 hour timeslot and have been able to track it till its delivery 2 minutes before the end of the allotted time. So 5 days in total 9over a weekend too) from order to delivery which is not bad considering last time I tried the service I waited 3 months and got nothing before reporting it to my bank and doing a charge back to get my money back! I read all the 1 star reviews before placing my order and it seems that most of them are about non delivery or delay after the first delivery was missed so my advice would be make sure you don't miss it and be realistic about delivery time.

SCAM!! do not order from this company, yes they do actually ship pout medication, some that are apparently ‘heavily monitored’ but I’m sure if someone sent some lies they’d just send them out. What they don’t tell you until afterwards is the full list of terms and conditions that basically don’t offer you a refund or a replacement for anything, even if the parcel doesn’t even reach you. So instead you pay for thin air. Completely rude and unhelpful customer service

Ordering before the timer for next day delivery is a lie, paying for faster next day delivery is a lie. Paid more for a faster service that's pointless. Using illegal practices on their website that's against consumer law.

Just don’t use. Next day delivery is nonsense. Gone rubbish since using DPD. Parcel just stuck and not moving. Zero communication. Lots better vendors out there. Just use someone else. They really don’t care about you.

Scam company. Unwilling to redeliver. They pretend they destroy any returning medication but do not, as their return policy asks for products in original packaging. This means they aim to re sell, not destroy. Do not buy from this site they will scam you out of your money if you are unavailable at home at time of delivery. You have been warned. **SCAM SCAM SCAM**

I used to order more frequently when this company was eu meds. I think this company has become more money grabbing. It now charges a 5.99 delivery fee, even when you spend over £80 and the 20% discount codes seem to have disappeared. It smacks of pure greed.

I placed an order & had understood that it would take a little longer to arrive than usual so I planned for this. When I had the notification from DPD about delivery (not delayed at all), I was given a specific time for delivery & told I had to give the driver a PIN number. Unfortunately I was out so I missed that delivery. I tried to make arrangements to either delay the delivery, for a neighbour to receive the delivery or for it to be delivered to a drop off point, DPD were not able to do this & it took too many days for my email to be answered by PharmXtra so, after a couple more attempts, DPD returned my order to PharmXtra. They will not resend my order or refund me. Their delivery system seems to have changed recently (the PIN number requirement and not putting through letterbox or leaving with a trusted neighbour). I’m very disappointed in their service, especially their slow email response in reply to problems and the lack of flexibility with delivery. I won’t be using them again and I would say beware to other potential customers.

Really disappointed. Ordered medication from PharmXtra on 30/09/25. DPD attempted to deliver my order on 02/10/25. I was not in when they called and so driver said they’d try again tomorrow. I already knew that I wouldn’t be home the next day and so I left a message on my front door for the DPD driver. I advised him that he could leave my package in the shed and I included the PIN that was provided via text. The DPD driver, in fairness, called me and left a voicemail. He explained how he was not authorised to leave the package and that he needed to photograph the order by my open front door. He concluded by saying he’d be back on Monday 06/10/25, but that would be his final attempt. Of course, this time I waited in ALL day! I listened out for DPD to knock on my door absolutely all day! I can say most positively and definitely that DPD did NOT return. I then received a text message, informing me that my package had been returned to PharmXtra.
Well of course, I’m feeling pretty annoyed now. Nowhere near as annoyed as I was going to feel though, after sending countless emails to PharmXtra. Only to be told by them (I seriously suspect AI) that it was out of their hands. It was certainly out of my hands too! My order that cost £78! My order appeared to be lingering somewhere between the DPD courier system and PharmXtra.
It’s now the end of November and I do not have my order. Nor do I have a refund. I do not have my money and I do not have my order. Doesn’t matter which way around I say it, the fact remains the same! I’ve written countless emails to PharmXtra and have only received generic, robot-like responses, stating the obvious with absolutely no resolution.
Very annoyed and definitely will NOT be using PharmXtra/EU Meds again.

I have ordered from EU Meds several times before with no problems. Dpd attempted delivery of my order from the co mpany (now pharmxtra) twice at the weekend when I was out, and again in Tuesday afternoon, when I was at work, in spite of indicating delivery would be after 5pm. I tried repeatedly to contact dpd to rearrange delivery without success. This is made even more difficult as the order apparently needs to be handed over, and no other option is available. On Wednesday morning I received an email from dpd saying the order had been returned to pharmxtra. I immediately contacted pharmxtra, and was i nformed the meds had been returned and destroyed, and that I am not entitled to a refund! I have never experienced such shockingly poor service from an online company. Be warned.

Orderd last Thursday been stuck on dispensing since still no parcel sent to dpd I'm glad they dropped yodel but dropping them made the wait much worse a pharmacy never takes this long to dispense medication so wtf is going on where are my meds I've now been told order was cancelled and they are saying no to a refund daylight robbery they screwed me out of 80 odd pounds they are scammers that I now have to tell my bank to get it back they screwed me so hard I have to wait 15 days to get it back

I've paid for next-day delivery but it hasn't been sent it's still dispensing.
Edit; I phoned them and the nice woman on the phone sorted it out. I ordered on Thursday and was supposed to be delivered on Friday but it didn't come I phoned them on Friday morning it's getting delivered on Saturday. A day late but it's ok. You shouldn't advertise next-day delivery if you can't adhere to it. But all good. I don't know why people say that they can't get through to them on the phone because I phoned twice and spoke to someone

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company. Really have no idea how they are managing to run. I waited months to give them the benefit of the doubt and already there are problems.

They highlight on their website “Order by 2pm to Receive Your Order Tomorrow” but fail to tell you that’s never ever the case. They act cocky when you say this. They then says “Oh it’s on our Website it’s not guaranteed”. Yes it’s on the website it’s not guaranteed, BUT IN SMALL WRITING ON THE FAQs. Funny how they make sure to not put this by the Countdown. Because they know, people wouldn’t use it then and they would lose money.

Absolute bunch of money grabbers. I am STILL WAITING after a week even though I paid for the next day service. They Pharmacy seem to not understand a box goes In another box and you send it off. I don’t know why it’s so hard to do. This company has no customer service. You paid tonnes for something and you might not even receive it at all, let alone on time.

They change the company once every like 18months because they get so many terrible reviews and lose customers they just move to another company until that does the same. Save your money honestly.
