Absolutely amazing company from start to finish, I wasn’t sure on which colour I’d need, I ordered one colour and short length but I wanted a longer length,they was very helpful in telling me how to send them back & I did so ,I exchanged them(which is very good as some companies don’t offer exchanges only refunds which doesn’t help!). After picking a different colour ,I settled with those and a longer length. They held more packs aside aswell for when I needed them. All around it was really good ,delivery service was very prompt and also sending them out to courier was very fast and I got within 2days of ordering! First time wearing these hair extensions and they haven’t been fitted yet but the quality looks 100% on them!

I have only just started my own business doing hair extentions and the team at Euphoria one have been more than helpful to me helping me colour match and being very reliable on answering messages and delivering my products I wouldn't use anyone else now ! The hair quality is also amazing so soft, no shedding ans the match to the clients hair is perfect

Just received my order. Was never informed that only part of my order would be sent. Customer service is crap. Payed for next day delivery this was on Tuesday so I would 100% have it for Friday for my hairdresser. Now have to pay a cancellation fee to my hairdresser for letting her down last min. Facebook had such bad reviews on this company but I like to see the good in company’s. To my disappointment the reviews were true to their word. Remi hair is it!

Absolutely beautiful hair, the quality is unbelievable. It’s not always easy to find a mixed blonde that doesn’t have a warm tone to it. The hair i received is a beautiful blonde and ash mix, stunning! The amount of hair in each strand is plenty and lovely and thick from root to tip.

I have been ordering my extensions from euphoria one hair for a number of years, the quality of the hair is excellent and the colour does not fade, the hair lasts roughly 12-18 months. It is good value for money. Highly recommend

Iv used euphoria one for my Russian Mongolian hair for a few year now it's beautiful .I get a good 18 month out of the hair it and it gets dyed regular aswell even after 18 month the hair is still in great condition but I like to replace it .several delivery options aswell I carnt fault them at all

So I messaged and explained that my hairdresser had let me down for my birthday and I was panicking about my hair and they helped me straight away and waited until I made my order so they could pack it for me and get delivered straight away for the next morning. The extentions are really good quality and a decent price compared to other brands . I have purchased a few various colours in nanos and they have all been of the highest quality. Delivery is also very quick and also gives various options for delivery . I would recommend 100%

I have used Euphoria One hair for a number of years whilst working in the salon, and since setting up my own studio, they were the first company i emailed to set my account up with. My last Euphoria One weave lasted almost 2 years and it still felt like new. All my clients love the hair, i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a main hair supplier. Quality of hair is excellent. I had to arrange an exchange, this was all done so swiftly and smoothly. Online Customer service was wonderful, very helpful and very prompt. I was kept informed of my return process.
