I love everything about this company, the hair extensions themselfs are just perfect, such amazing hair in great condition and come so quickly. As well as this the service from the company is simply amazing, the staff are always so kind and helpful through their messages. I’ve been contacted before through WhatsApp and Messages and always been greeted with polite, helpful and respectful responses. I’ve also reached out myslef via instagram and even then I received amazing service. Euphoria One will always be my go-to for extentions!

Excellent customer service, super responsive and really helpful. I ordered on a Friday paying the cheapest delivery, not expecting to receive until Monday/Tuesday, but instead received on the Saturday. The extensions were extremely affordable, compared to other brands, for the same top quality. Couldn’t recommend more and have already ordered again. Thank you x

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I ordered the wrong colour extensions on one of my packs and a refund was submitted straight away once they received the extensions back.

The girls at euphoria one kept in contact with me while all of this was going on and kept me in the loop. Refund hit my account the next day after they received the extensions back via Evri.

The condition of the extensions is the best I have ever tried, they aren’t so silky and soft- they aren’t thin compared to other extensions I have used. I have had them in now for a week and still feel brand new after washing every day.

Amazing hair, great quality, and lasts

I bought 300g of the Russian/Mongolian hair and i can say its the best hair I've ever used, i have used a few different brands of hair and this is by far the best, they are still silky soft with no tangling or shedding. The whatsapp team were so helpful as well with quick replies. will defiantly be using Euphoria forever!

Bought 150 grams of Russian hair i tip, had them in 2 weeks and the hair resembled horse hair, smelt like burnt which makes me think there is alot of synthetic hair in it absolutely awful and would never ever buy from these again. I had hair planet extentions for half a year and was lovely but they discontinued the ones I love so tried these but never ever again

I've been using Euphoria (instals and for myself) for around 7 years and absolutely love the hair! I usually use the Russian ranges and have never had an issue with quality, however, if ever I have had an issue they are friendly and very quick to resolve it. Absolutely use, just make sure if you're purchasing blondes that you use the Russian ranges and make sure you actually use good quality aftercare products!

I have used euphoria since I started installing hair extensions 3+ years now. I also wear this brand. I have never had any problems with the hair or bad batches. Supper soft and long lasting.
