I've been using Eureka for a month and have experienced the following so far.
Pros: fast PayPal payouts (within minutes)
Quick customer service response with compensation for my complaint
Some interesting and quick surveys
Made just over £50 for about 6 surveys a day.
They sometimes pay a penny or 2 if a survey closes you out.
The achievements are good for topping up your account.

Cons: some surveys state 6 minutes but take 20 minutes!
Some surveys take so much information then close out without paying.
Games take ages to earn from unless you make in app purchases

Overall I'm quite happy with Eureka but will update if there are significant changes.

Don’t bother with this app. They get you to do surveys for money and they don’t pay you when you cash out.
There is no customer support either.

Eureka Survey is a completely awful survey site. Payment is slow or you do not get it at all. The site is bound to not even work sometimes. There are much better survey sites available.

Eureka sucks don’t use it. You’ll spend a week to for five bucks and then when you go to cash it out you’re gonna have some kind of trouble like your shit isn’t verified when it actually is so Eureka sucks … I suggest get AttaPoll 3.00 and you can cash out as many times as you want

The only reason it’s getting 1 star is because this app won’t let me give it zero stars. I’ve been getting notifications saying that “too many of my surveys have been rejected”. I thought surveys were all about gathering data. I tried contacting the company to find out why they’ve been “rejected” after taking them, and never received a response.

Eureka, Survey Pop and Survey Spin are all scams. Just because you can get 5 dollars a week doesn’t change that. These companies lie and manipulate your experience so say what you have to to get your cut. You are not obligated to be truthful and owe these companies nothing.

I cashed out 5 days ago and still nothing and support doesn't respond. I'm going to tell everyone and their momma to stay away!!!!! Even if they don't ask

untrustworthy. surveys cut out after answering 25+ questions. Newest theme is Survey Closed without compensation. A bunch of baboon low IQ crooks! File complaints with FTC CPB as well! Get these monkeys sued already

Was semi decent for the first few days now, with a few cents to go to cash out there are no surveys or videos. None at all. No way to contact them. Scam

I have cashed out £5 once and it worked perfectly, came to my paypal account within 2 mins

Shame that I didn’t checked out on here before starting that crap, but thanks for the reviews and just started, well, I wasn’t doing nothing and wander to see what kind of stuff it’s this.
Surveys are so annoying and long to earn an average of 30 pence, games are the usual boring ones and if you would try with the casino, you must deposit at the least 10£ amd by reading those reviews I’m definitely going to close my account immediately.
I earned 2.40$ which are about 2.10£ spent 5 hours and it’s not worth at all, because they want to know about you, I gave my informations but for sure anything comes from these guys will be sent on spam.

Tried the app not really expecting much at first. As time went on I saw how real it actually was, or I thought it was. I cashed out for first time after only 2 days. However, I haven't been able to cash out again since. I emailed my issue with screenshots and never heard back from anyone.

I’ve been using Eureka for a while and honestly, at first it seemed like a decent app. But for the past few months my account has been completely messed up. All my surveys and offers are locked, and when I do manage to complete tasks (like Royal Match), I only get paid 1p instead of the proper reward.

I reached out to support and all they told me was that some “third-party survey provider” flagged my account. I get that might explain surveys being blocked, but how does that explain them not paying me the proper rewards for offers I actually finished? That part just doesn’t make sense.

I’ve always used Eureka properly and in good faith, so it feels like I’m being punished for no reason. It’s been months now, and nothing has been fixed or escalated. I’ve put in time and effort, and to only get 1p back for completing legit tasks feels really unfair.

If Eureka can’t control their providers or sort out these issues, then people are just wasting their time. Right now, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone until they start treating users more fairly and paying out rewards properly.

I am mad on Eureka surveys, whoever is reading it i would suggest to stay away from this site. They took all of balance and after contacting their support many times they never ended up answering it and they never send my Virtual Visa.
This was a verified U.S. account. I received a confirmation email from Eureka on August 20th stating my $5.31 Virtual Visa payout would arrive within 1–2 business days. I verified my email as requested, but never received anything. I also contacted support twice and received no reply. I have screenshots proving all of this. Total scam behavior.

So I waited to write a review because I wanted to see if it cashes out well I am at my first cash out and it has been 3 days and I have not received anything please you guys this might be a scam just watch your asses customer service is definitely have not even tried to get a hold of me which is kind of weird usually someone would reach out if it is real if it is real why aren't you guys reaching out to me and where is my $5 I played all that time watching your little lame ass videos

I love this eureka survey app I've cashed out twice and I think it's only been two weeks lost of bonus,great survey's,also there's games and other offers I give it five stars it my go to survey app.

I’ve been on here for a couple of months and everything was going ok. Then over the past two weeks, I’ve got a message at the top saying “too many surveys rejected by researchers, please take your time to avoid account restrictions.” Literally take my time doing them. I’m beginning to get frustrated and have stopped doing them constantly now. I might delete the app

After wasting my time finishing any offers on the games that are above $1.00, all of the sudden there’s a “tracking issue”(based on what customer support said) on all game offers above $1.00 rewards. I even sent proof of what they requested. Days pass, then I get a reply saying “due to tracking issues, we are unable to provide additional credit for this specific offer”. I may be one of the few of the unlucky ones. But all I’m saying is be careful.

If I could give a zero I would they complain and gripe saying if your going fast you will be placed on account restrictions let's face it No one is going to keep sitting here and waste there time getting screenouts and complaints from you the companies who are doing the complaining I will need to speak with them not you and I am giving this as far as employment scoring an F rating
