Very bad app. I played all the levels of a game I started. Well now they won’t payout once I completed the game. Eureka sends me to game support and game support sends me back to eureka. They both keep lying. Worst game ever. All they do is scam people

No payout I’ve cash out out numerous times including 2 Amazon vouchers emailed eureka support I’ve cash out out yesterday on PayPal let’s see if they send it

Because I took a picture with a good lit room and its taking me back to the same page takea picture I try 30 times and it stills taking me to the same page. I had cashed twiceveforewhy i have to verify myself again.

I cash out today and I’m waiting on my money so disappointed

I really do not understand the bad review I saw on this app, cus so far euraka has been very very rewording for me, like I cash out almost everyday and within seconds money is in my PayPal, yes I do agree sometimes some review may not pay after you finish survey, but overall it been the best paid app I have ever used, I mean euruka also gift you some cash when you complete survey or regularly pick surveys, which is really cool… they are the very best and am very glad I found this app

Received low payouts, but once higher dollar amounts were reached it was a problem. Non payment and blame game. Even after proof was shown of completion of task.

Please understand you are never going to become a millionaire with this App. However, you get accepted onto more surveys than any other company out there, 5 surveys comes a close second!
You can play games to earn pennies and regular polls, tap offers, referrals, and ensuring everything is validated means it adds up pretty quickly.
I only play/interact with the app for a couple of hours including game play and I’ve now completed over 100 surveys.
If you work towards your achievements you soon end up checking out (which I recommend you do at every opportunity). After cash out you get a guaranteed 80p to start you off again! Each Referal who cashes out gives you 80p so it really takes no time at all to get your own £4 to cash out.
Payment is ALWAYS immediate and I have NEVER had to wait longer than 3 minutes for PayPal to register the payment.
Like I say, this won’t make you a millionaire, however a bit of cash here and there for bread and milk it will consistently provide.
This App has been an absolute life saver for myself and my family and it certainly put food on the table.

Every time I try to take a survey, it says "oops something went wrong". Utter rubbish. You're better using AttaPol

It’s great to make money but I have been having nonstop issues with my payments since day one. I just cashed out and still have not received my money. Yesterday I cashed out they said the sent my money and they didn’t so after screenshot of nonpayment I received my money. However it’s taking forever to receive my money yet this evening it’s just annoying to constantly go through this problem

When I cash out from Eureka to Paypal, there was nothing happened receiving a confirmation email.
When I tried to contact the support for help, they will never be there and only sending automated reply. My balance was withdrawn on Oct and I did not get anything received now.

I like that when you cash out you do really get gift cards, however, sometimes you can do a survey for 20 minutes and not get paid for it because it closes or it’ll tell you it’s worth two dollars and you’ll get two cents.
Also, I have referred five friends and I have not gotten any credit for any of them, I have sent an email to customer service several times and they never respond.
So in summary you do get real gift cards, but you may spend several hours doing surveys that you don’t get paid for.

Overall its a great ap. However issues that need sorting are the fact when
-you watch a video for 2 p it should award 2 p not 1 p. From the start ive watched around 200 videos and only half have payed the full amount thats advertised. Still owed the other half. The games have high threshold so you have to wait for better games which do turn up eventually. But then when you complete an objective actually receiving full rewards would be nice. I completed the miner app it advertised and reached all goals. But 2.70 for completing I was awarded 2.14. This happens with many games I also have the logs for. And thirdly. The surveys. While some pay majority iver freeze, you complete the survey for 42p and get awarded 2 p. Happens constantly.
Despite these issues its generally a good app. I've had 51 quid so far in 4 pounds so I carnt complain but that would be in the 100+ now with the amount I have counted that I am missing from completing offers.
And correspondence. Automated faq and slow on replies from emails. But generally a good app.
Easy to use. Games it has are fun not gunna lie. Multiple ways to earn. Keeps a recorded history of what you win so you can try and engage with the app more. I like the achievement quotas but that could do with a few more as I've hit them quite quick. Ill give a 3 star but it actually pays better than most apps of this sort. The fact I can send the money to PayPal and use it to buy my 2 sheapards food and treats all in all the app has saved me money. So with the good comes bad hence the 3 star rating. Hope the app can improve will still persist with it

I have been doing this for about a couple of months now. It seems like lately the closer I am to cashing out I'm getting surveys I can't qualify for. Or I do the 1 cent "bonus" video and either the screen blacks out when i click on it or I watch the whole video and there's no way you can x out of it at the end, you wait forever and nothing. I'm about done.

I love how these scammers promise you money, take all your information without the promise reward. Its legal theft and they get away with it so why not do it. These apps are promising payouts that aren't honored and the BBB and CFPB all side with the scammers so no point in going to them. Why isn't eureka shut down? They don't payout..oh because its legal for them to scam. Just don't do it. Your wasting your time and giving them free access to hack

Do not waste your time it is a scam, you might get a few low payouts but they work with companies like Bitlabswho are notorious for not paying out. I earned £90 that wasn’t paid out and eureka won’t do anything other than say contact bitlabs but bitlabs ignore you and don’t pay out. Don’t waste your time. Also surveys say you qualify or you answer question several minutes then say you’re not eligible and don’t pay out and eureka are supposed to at least give 2p in this case but 9/10 don’t.

Why do new customers have to wait one day to cash out? Such a pointless rule, never experienced this with others.

For real I’m not sure why the reviews for Eureka are all so overly negative. I’ve never had any trouble using their app. Yes, sometimes their surveys can be a bit finicky but compared to other similar apps I think their survey section is actually quite good. Some apps are an endless parade of not qualifying for surveys and it takes an hour just to find one that’ll let you do it…. looking at you Freecash…More often than not on Eureka it seems like they’ve vetted the surveys beforehand so it’s almost always good to start without being denied immediately.

But if you’re using Eureka just for the surveys then you’re short changing yourself. Their offer section is one of the best for a pay to play app service. Not only do they usually have a long list of games or app offers, but the payouts are almost always higher than similar partner apps.

I can only speak for myself but I’ve never had any issues with Eureka. I’ve cashed out over $750 with them in the 14 months I’ve been with them, I’ve never had an issue with the reward money vanishing or not arriving as some people are claiming on here. Their payouts are also lightning quick. There is a $5 minimum but after that there aren’t tiered amounts you have to get to. If you have $12.47 in your account, you can cash that out. You don’t have to wait to get to like $15 or something to cash it out.

Long story short, Eureka is awesome and I would recommend to anyone. If I could attach pics I would show my account with cash out history just to limit any accusations this review isn’t legitimate. Eureka=Aces

Okay so when I first heard of Eureka. I jumped aboard and was going through the surveys and actually made some legit money too. Then I started getting notices of how researchers sent surveys because I "wasn't taking my time" then they started threatening me with account restrictions. I was quick with my date of birth, gender and ethnicity but with the rest of it I took my sweet time. My life has always been stop and go and now that I have kids it's even more so. That's why I thought it would be a good fit for me because I could take these surveys on my time but since the notices saying to be careful and take my time to today numerous researchers have sent the surveys back and the account restrictions threats yeah this is nothing but a joke and don't get me started on the many many times I would click a button to start a survey and was immediately kicked out.

My first cashout was excellent with no issues at all, the second one I'm still waiting to be able to redeem my Amazon Gift Card since the 31st October 2025.

I emailed support and still haven't received a reply.
