It's been 8 days since I placed my order, it's stuck in France, it hasn't been collected for shipping yet. I would like a delivery perspective and an opinion from the company on the matter.

fake product . iam very disapointed..

I paid for 9 me bc on the 19th feb with them saying 2-6 days item. They are usually very good. But no email and tracking. Trying two different ways of getting hold of customer, no luck and no item. Not a happy bunny.

Now euro nootropics has gotten back to me after making a review on here. The have given me a tracking order.

After some days, Customer Support answered and i have received the Product. I am left satisfied.

I had sent quite a few emails that never get responded to. They said the ha-966 would be restocked end of September, but I still don't see it. Hoping they will respond to this.

Customer service can be annoyingly slow though they will get back to you and ship or refund should there be a issue. Unique reference standards available and definitely a worthwhile company to order from.

Edit: they took a bit but ended up refunding

I bought their piracetam, but shipping company had some issues since they left it on a locker but didn't provided me with a code. I asked them multiple times but in the end said nothing could be done for me to recover it due to a technical issue.

Because of that, it got automatically shipped back to Euro-noot once the time I had for pickup run out.

I have asked EN multiple times for a refund and they don't even bother replying. I send different mails but they don't care. According to my shipping company, the package has already been returned.

Overall great experience, order took around 3 bussiness days to ship and we recieved ordered items the following week. The weight of the product was as mentioned on the site and we can't stress enough about how good the quality of their products is. We will be a returning customer for sure!

Hi, i am experienced user of bromantane. I tried brom from this vendor and have to say this is not good product. Looks like brom but taste little minty a give me many of side effect. I would say is bad synthetised or so.
I didnt try another product and will not.
