NO sent orders and haven't responded for two weeks!
The service is terrible, and the attitude toward customers is unacceptable! I made 2 orders on April 20 and 22. There was enough time before non-working days for the order to be at least sent, or at least tracking, at least some kind of response! But I haven’t received any of this in more than two weeks. Support doesn't respond, as if they are in a bunker, no words are spoken!
People should not even think about ordering from such irresponsible people who don't care about their reputation or clients, if even one real review is found out of all the positive ones...

We are unable to fulfill your orders and we ceased correspondence with you via email due to fraudulent activity associated with the payment methods used.
We initially shipped a few orders, but upon discovery of fraudulent transactions, we refunded the original cardholders and incurred additional costs.
Regrettably, we cannot proceed with any further orders from you or your associate who also reviewed us 1 star. Our priority is to maintain integrity and protect our customers and our company from deceptive practices.

My indignation has no limit, the order was made a long time ago, and no tracking number, no answers from support, barely even wrote to them, as their mail some errors with sending messages. the worst service.......

And I will add that we will not ship your order due to previous instances of unauthorized credit card usage linked to your account, therefore we incurred financial losses. The owners of the stolen credit cards initiated disputes for all these orders, resulting in refunds and extra fees of 75 usd per order. Consequently, we cannot accept any further orders from you to mitigate potential risks

There's nothing I could complain about, from ordering to receiving the package everything went perfectly fine.
Product seems to be very high quality as well, just everything you could ever want. :)
I will definitely order again from this seller and would recommend it to everyone who's interested in nootropics within the EU.

Great Customer Service
Customer service is absolutely amazing! My first package arrived in 6 days with La Poste. France -> USA. Second package got stuck in France and is still stuck, so I contacted them and they reshipped it at no cost WITH upgraded shipping. I am a lifelong customer now because I've had literally nothing but positive experiences. There does seem to be something wrong with their email system though because everytime I send them an email, about 5 hours later I receive a "Mail Delivery Subsytem" email. So they need to get that fixed.

Good service
Great prices and quality of product. Good customer service; there is just a problem where the support@ emails seem to bounce sometimes. I would recommend that they use a different shipper than Chronopost, but all is well in the end.

Great product and they handled my shipping issue immediately.
The product is top quality which is super important as there are many cheap knock offs of this particular nootropic.
Euro Nootropic also handled a shipping problem I encountered and got my product re-delivered that same day! This was beyond exceptional and pretty much ensured that I will be ordering from their store again in the immediate future.

Edit: All a misunderstanding they did not recive my mails as they bounced back somehow. So it was technical issue rather than Euro Nootropics not responding. Reached out on my on phone to resolve issue and sorted it out. Went the extra length to make sure all is good by doing this. Also sent me extra product !!
