Ordered flowers for mothers day never arrived have tried to get intouch with this company but phone keeps cutting off everytime, wanted to cancel my order pathetic never again looks like i have lost my money. As i write this they still havent arrived. If i had went and had a read of this companys reviews i would never have ordered anything from them.

Bad and not worth

Bad. Should have read reviews before buying.
Flowers looked nothing like in the picture, and that poor chocolate box. Paid to be delivered on a specific day, although, they delivered day before, so the surprise was ruined.
For that money it’s better to go to the local florist shop, and buy a fresh bouquet, rather than trust online pictures.

Daylight robbery

I should've came on trustpilot before ordering off these. Payed to be delivered on a certain date (mothers day) they came a day early which my mum signed for the flowers. 2nd i ordered medium flowers, barely any flowers in there. Should be ashamed of themselves. £48 for flowers you'd get from tesco for a £5.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Got confirmation then everything went downhill. I was sent an email at 16:06 saying the bouquet I had picked wasn’t available and I needed to accept an alternative cheaper bouquet by 16:00…. My order was eventually delivered 3 days later. I’m never using them again. Very disappointed. They don’t deliver to their promises!!!

DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a €70 bouquet from Euroflorist as a gift. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered looked significantly different from the product advertised on their website and was clearly of much lower quality.
The flowers appeared sparse and underwhelming compared to the full, vibrant arrangement shown online. This was particularly disappointing as it was purchased as a gift for a special occasion.
I submitted a complaint with photographic evidence. However, rather than addressing the clear quality discrepancy, my complaint was rejected solely on the basis that it was not submitted within their internal timeframe.
While I understand companies have policies, this does not change the fact that the product delivered did not match what was advertised. I would have expected a fair review of the quality issue rather than a procedural rejection.
Very disappointing customer service and not the standard I would expect when spending €70 on flowers.
I would not order again.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent and operates as a scam. I am taking legal action. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering flowers for my sister; the order was never delivered, and the company has completely stopped responding. I urge everyone to report them to the cyber police. Such dishonest conduct is unacceptable. I am outraged by this experience. These individuals should be held criminally liable for their deception.

Spoilt my Valentines Day

Same as others...spoilt my Valentines day ...I gave them 1 week notice on a delivery of flowers for my wife...nothing turned up and was constantly lied to. Ive now received an email stating that they will send me a full refund...let's see if this can be delivered as nothing seems to be getting delivered by this lot!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely appalling service in-fact you get no service at all. Flowers have not been delivered, I contacted customer service I did get a reply saying 1-2 days delivery but this was now 3 days with no delivery. They offered me a £5 voucher to use against another order… laughable..I wouldn’t order from them if they were the last company going!

Total scammers and I will be contacting trading standards! Absolutely appalling

Never got delivered

I ordered flowers for someone on Valentines day and paid + 10euros for it to be delivered on this occasion, but it never came to my lover 💔 like a fool I was checking delivery status 50 times yesterday , but after preparation it never got delivered… they better send 3 buckets of flower as a contribution for ruining my surprise on this special day.. but so far, no reply about their failure:((((
