Bad. Should have read reviews before buying. Flowers looked nothing like in the picture, and that poor chocolate box. Paid to be delivered on a specific day, although, they delivered day before, so... See more

Highly unscrupulous company
Highly unscrupulous company. I wonder why it still exists. Was expecting next day delivery, that never happened. Then two days later I received and email from third party courier stating that they are unable to deliver my order and I must contact the supplier. Sent an email and still waiting for response. What a waste of money, time and effort. They must be shut down. I wonder if I will even get my refund. Total scammers
Valentines day flowers did not arrive
Valentines day ruined for my other half. Paid extra to be delivered before lunchtime. Flowers never turned up!!! So angry and feel terrible for my order half who ended up with nothing from me for Valentines day. This company should not be allowed to operate as a business!!!! Please I urge people not to use this company!!!
Delivered at 9:30 pm
Delivered at 9:30 pm, which is frankly late if you’re ordering for Valentine’s Day. Instead of one big bouquet (as ordered), there were two smaller ones for some reason. The number of roses are the same, but what 2?!
1 star is too much for this shambolic…
1 star is too much for this shambolic company. Ordered flowers to be delivered directly from the local florist on Valentine’s Day… you know, the day that the majority of the UK send flowers to loved ones…. A time when florists should expect high demand and prepare for it…
Well, 3:50PM on the day of delivery I get a scripted email explaining they didn’t expect the level of demand they saw, couldn’t fulfil my order and gave a £5 site credit…. Considering I’ll never be using their site again, I feel insulted at their form of compensation.
I would urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs, they are not fit for purpose!!!
Please do yourself a favour and find another company
Guys, if you want to make you and the person that you sent the flowers unhappy and stressed, then please buy from here. Then while trying to explain the problems related to your delivery to robots, you can come and re-read the experiences here.

total waste of money, would,nt have paid more than a fiver, some of them were withered, card was a piece of folded A4 paper and 3 chocolates
Buyer Beware
Ordered the 'standard roses' option. Description defined it as a 'bunch'. The picture of the 'standard roses' option clearly shows 12 roses inferring that is what will be sent. Received 7 instead. Deceptive advertising; I will file a claim with my credit card company.
RIPOFF - I will never use this service again
I will never use this service again. I ordered a "Premium" level size bouquet of flowers. The picture had 15 large roses, and several small roses, and greens. While delivery was timely, what my Valentine actually got was 5 roses and greens. For a price of over 70 Euros. I was RIPPED OFF.
Took my order, cancelled it the day after
Took my order. Confirmed my order. Told me the day later they couldn't meet the order, making it too late to order from elsehwere. Order form adds an additional unasked for item on the order, asks you to create an account to remove - and then won't let you remove it. Parasitic drop-shippers.
Do not buy from here!
Made an order to have flowers delivered for my anniversary, paid next day delivery and booked within the cut off time frame. It's a day later and nothing has arrived and I'm waiting on tracking details. I requested a refund and cancellation , was sent a series of scripted emails and offered £5 off next order code.
Flowers never arrived and the response…
Flowers never arrived and the response from customer service showed they didn’t care. Still waiting for a refund. Appalling.
I should have read the reviews before…
I should have read the reviews before ordering. Although the order arrived on time, the flowers were nothing like the picture. I ordered mixed pastels but only received white. Also the number of flowers was nothing like the expectation from the photo. Never again!
Disgusting Service and Zero Responsibility – Avoid This Company
All employees of this company should be ashamed and embarrassed to work for such a fraudulent and disgusting organisation
Worst experience ever and blatant fraud. I paid 40£ for flowers bday card and chocolates. Chocolates weren’t sent and then I tried three times to address the issue and instead of a resolution the most obnoxious rude and annoying responses came back from three of customer service (sic) associates who are nothing but petty thieves. Instead of an apology and owning their mistake I was blamed for not reading the fine print that said apparently that there won’t be any refund no matter what. Truly Disgusting service and I will write negative reviews on every possible portal and not give up anytime soon. Even your fraud CEO didn’t bother to acknowledge or reply to my request and finally I was told that as a special feature 2£ would be refunded which I refused and asked the company to keep it seeing that they are so hard done by and greedy to a fault like mean beggars.
Keep in mind that a satisfied customer tells three people about the positive experience but a dissatisfied customer tells between 8-80.

This company feels like a total scam
This company feels like a total scam – terrible quality flowers and false I ordered flowers from Euroflorist for my wife’s birthday, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
The delivery was supposed to arrive on 4th January between 2–4pm according to Evri. I waited the entire day, even until 10pm, and still nothing arrived. There was no proper notification about the delay. The flowers were not actually delivered until around 2pm the following day.
But the worst part is the quality of the flowers. When my wife opened them, she said they already looked “a bit dead.” Some petals were dry, damaged and even broken. The bouquet looked NOTHING like the website photos and absolutely did NOT feel fresh. Considering they advertise a 7-day freshness guarantee, this is completely unacceptable.
So not only was the delivery late, the product itself was poor quality and misleading compared to the pictures online. This whole experience honestly feels like a scam operation, and I truly believe companies like this should be held responsible for such behaviour.
I will never order from Euroflorist again and would strongly warn others to avoid them.advertising
This is one of the worst companies I…
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I paid £6.99 for next-day delivery for flowers ordered for my daughter’s birthday, but they did not arrive on time. By the time the flowers were eventually delivered, we had already gone out for her birthday.
Trying to contact customer service was extremely frustrating — the support was poor and felt very dismissive, with no real concern shown. To make matters worse, I was also charged for a card that I did not purchase. When I raised this issue, I was told I had ordered it, which I know is not true.
Overall, the service was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend ordering from Euroflorist if you expect reliable delivery or decent customer service.
