This site is a rip off... I have been waiting since march 2020. It is now November. They charged me an extra $90 for shipping. I have lost over $200 that I cannot get back because they are based somewhere in Europe. I can't even find a place to complain.
It's been over two months since my order and still no product. The first time I emailed them they replied advising shipping can take 4-8 weeks from the order being placed, fine, fair enough. After 8 weeks I emailed them again to which I received no response, I have sent another email which I'm not expecting a response from either. Is this even a real company? As there isn't an option to pay via Paypal I'm hoping my bank can help me get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY!
Such a legitimate-looking website, but a complete scam. My partner (a chef) really wanted a Serbian chef's knife and found this site - I ordered in March, and despite trying via email, website enquiry, and facebook, have had no response. Now trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

They are scams who take your money. I ordered a Serbian Chef knife. The site looks legit, it has a Facebook / Youtube and Instagram page so I mistakenly thought it's ok to buy. It says you have to wait 4-8 weeks so they can craft your knife from scratch and then they send it to you. I ordered in March and it's now June and no knife. They do not respond to your emails or the enquiry section on their website. Do not be fooled and do not BUY anything from them. I lost $200 :(
I have reported them so hopefully the site can be taken down. Please everyone ADD A REVIEW ABOUT EUROKNIVES.CO so people are not fooled into buying things of them. If you had a bad experience like mine ADD a comment
