Good and speedy service

I've left a plush in Italy after vacation. I asked somebody to send it to me back to NL. Ive found Europacco on the internet. I've ordered the transport from NL, the plush was picked up after a day, and was transported in a week to NL. I followed it in a dpd app after i got the dpd link.

Good, fast, worth it, and efficient

Very quick, but very expensive. The price is to expensive

All worked out very smoothly. They were fast in delivering my parcel, and the communication to clarify some details was also very effective.

After staying in for 9 hours on pick up day, I sent three emails over four days to inform that no courier came to pick up the parcel and could I rebook, but could not manage to stay home on two particular days as I was away from home. I was then sent an email warning me that three emails were too much to send over four days, although no one answered them until the third was sent. I live in Italy and dealt with the Italian service. They then informed me that the lack of pickup was my fault, as I lived in France (?), then that I lived in Austria(?). The courier then came to pick up the parcel on one of the days I said I was not at home. I then received a blunt email blaming me for not being at home, although I had explained I would be away and booking that day, and one other day would be no good. Finally, almost a week later, the package was picked up. I am now informed that they have lost all my customs forms and that my package of exactly 25cm squared and 7 cm depth is over 41 cm x 31cm....which is just so baffling, I doubt they have my package. I am beyond being played with this Italian side of the company, which I think couldn't care less, and I am made to feel they enjoy doing this to me.

I had a pickup from rome to berlin with a very economic price, everything was clear and transparent and package was delivered in the desired time

I moved my 300 kg weighting 20 boxes with them from Italy to Netherlands. The price was the most reasonable and the service was completely satisfying. I am so happy with the service I received.

They are really organised

Simple to use to send parcel to UK. Only issue being Poste Italia not understanding that the package wa being sent to Europacco in Bolzano before being relabelled to go to UK...

The guy from the delivery refused to deliver the package in my apartment and left it at the elevator. Other than that the service was fast and efficient.

Do not use this service. I reached out after a couple of weeks due to no further updates on their website. I was then told it appears my package is lost and they sent me a generic DHL link stating any number of reasons why it was lost. When I questioned this, I was told that my package was actually with UPS and they lost it. I’ve asked numerous other questions which haven’t been answered.
