Delivered 4 big boxes(30kg each) from Ialy to germany in 3 days (as promised 2 to 4 days) at a very reasonable price. The only problem was the operator on the phone did not know English and I was not able to explain my urgent case as I read in some reviews that the courier did not show up on the scheduled day; however the communication through email was ok and everything was one on time.

Far better than the Italian post office
I initially had my package sent to my home address via the Italian post office and after weeks of waiting I received the message that it had been sent back. Again it took weeks for my package to arrive at the point of origin.
With Europacco I received my package within one week and I could track its position seamlessly, which again the Italian post failed to do.
I am really happy with the overall service and would recommend using it.

We regret your review.
Upon verification, it appears that the shipment was collected on August 26th, instead of August 25th (the date you requested), as the pickup location is not serviced daily.
In any case, the delivery of the goods took place on August 29th, thus recording 3 working days of transit, which complies with the estimated delivery times indicated on our website (2-4 working days), despite the one-day delay in the pickup phase. Therefore, the shipment did not experience any delay.

Very disappointing experience
I booked a shipment with Europacco but no courier ever came. Despite this, the courier reported failed attempts, which is false, and I have proof to demonstrate it.
When I raised the issue, Europacco did not address the false information from the courier. Instead, they kept repeating that my town is “remote,” as if this justified everything, without actually listening to the problem. The tone of their replies was defensive and dismissive, rather than solution-oriented, and as a customer I felt blamed instead of supported.
In the end they said either the courier would pass on 03/09 or I would get a refund. But the overall handling of the situation - lack of transparency, failure to acknowledge facts, and extremely poor communication - was very disappointing.
I expected a service provider to listen and assist. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

ci rammarichiamo per la Sua recensione negativa.
Non nascondiamo il nostro stupore di fronte a quanto da Lei riportato, soprattutto considerando le dovute spiegazioni già state fornite in altra sede.
Il mancato ritiro nella data da Lei indicata è dovuto al fatto che la località di ritiro, classificata come remota (908 abitanti), è servita dal nostro partner ogni 72 ore lavorative, come specificato anche nel tracking. Nel Suo caso, il primo passaggio utile è avvenuto mercoledì 27/08, come confermato dal corriere stesso, ovvero il giorno successivo alla data richiesta. In tale occasione, tuttavia, il mittente risultava assente.
Abbiamo ricevuto una segnalazione da parte Sua circa una settimana dopo la data richiesta per il ritiro. In quella circostanza, abbiamo prontamente fornito spiegazioni, evidenziando anche che era stato indicato un numero di cellulare straniero, non contattabile dal corriere. Dopo averLe richiesto un numero italiano alternativo, da Lei gentilmente fornito, lo abbiamo trasmesso al partner, richiedendo una nuova data per il ritiro.
Comprendiamo la Sua richiesta di una data “certa”, ma, trattandosi di una zona remota, le tempistiche dipendono esclusivamente dal calendario operativo del partner. Abbiamo più volte cercato di spiegare questa nostra impossibilità di fornire una data di ritiro certa, non per giustificare un eventuale disservizio, ma per fornirLe informazioni trasparenti e corrette, senza creare aspettative non realistiche.
Dopo le comunicazioni intercorse, il nostro Servizio Clienti ha comunque disposto un nuovo ritiro, includendo anche il preavviso telefonico (sebbene non previsto). Lei ci ha poi comunicato la volontà di annullare la spedizione e ottenere il rimborso, cosa che abbiamo eseguito come richiesto. Tuttavia, con sorpresa, abbiamo riscontrato che il pacco è stato successivamente affidato al nostro partner, nonostante la Sua richiesta di annullamento.
Infine desideriamo ugualmente scusarci qualora vi siano stati fraintendimenti nelle comunicazioni. Il nostro obiettivo resta quello di garantire un servizio chiaro e trasparente, anche per aiutare i clienti a evitare eventuali problemi in future spedizioni.
