Highly recommend Europacco
Highly recommend Europacco. I received two other online quotes from the main competitors and their prices were 3-4 times more expensive. My package was picked up in a remote village in Italy and delivered in Amsterdam within a few days. The process was hassle free and they responded to my requests via email within a few minutes. Why pay more when Europacco can get the job done.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Europacco ensured everything was complete and ready to have the package picked up, sent, and delivered. I left a sports jacket in Rome on vacation and the host was kind enough to send it back to me, but I had major issues with another carrier getting it through customs in the US. Europacco was thorough and expedient in getting everything squared away. Highly highly recommend.

The pickup was done faster however…
The pickup was done faster however delivery took longer than shown while booking . It took 3 days to handover the picked courier to dhl within same country however dhl delivered in 1 day internationally

Please note that the estimated transit time (not guaranteed) for economy shipments to Germany is 2/4 working days. This time frame is estimated and may vary if the shipment starts from islands or remote areas in Italy. Having checked, in Your case, as the shipment was leaving from a remote location (4155 inhabitants), the estimated transit time was 2/4 working days + 1/2 working days. Therefore, Your shipment, which was correctly collected on 29th of February and delivered on 6th of March, appears to have met our estimates perfectly. Please also note that the one working day transit time in Germany applies in the case of DHL Express (express service) and not DHL Paket (German Post - economy service). You have in fact paid for a shipment with economy service, not express.
