Excelente speed, arrived as expected, however the box was heavily damaged and had even an opening in one of the sides. Fortunately I lost nothing however poor handling in my opinion.

First the pickup was problematic....then everything
First the pickup was problematic. Was not picked up on the scheduled date. Nor was I advised! I had to follow-up to find out. After I contacted them to inquire, I was told that the pickup location was a remote location and they could not tell me when the package would be picked up. Not a great start but gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the package was picked up, saw on the tracking that the package went from south to North back to south and then west. Projected delivery date was 5 days ago. When I contact Euopacco, they "explain" that "express" shipments are guaranteed but regular shipments only get loaded when there is space. Basically, I am being told that the package will not ship if there are other packages sent "express". This was not ever notified throughout the creation of the shipment. Package can be traced with FedEx who appears to have lost the package. It was destined for Canada. A day later, it seems to have been located in Memphis, Tennessee. No projected delivery date. Item is perishable goods that requires temperature control. No follow-up from Europacco. They don't care about tracking the package.

We do confirm that the pickup of Your goods could not happen in the requested date as Rotello is a remote location not served daily. In fact, Rotello is an Italian small village of only 1200 inhabitants.
As per the typology of service, we do confirm that the express ones are faster than the economy ones (as the one You have paid for).
The shipment suffered the delays that all the shipments suffer due to the Christmas Holidays, however, it has never been lost.
As per the contents, we would like to inform You that the olive oil is not a perishable good, regretful for the bogus information.
Finally, confirming the continuous Customer Service support as per the dozens of e-mails exchanged, we also confirm the correct delivery of the shipment within the expected transit time for the festive Christmas period.

Perfect
My boyfriend forgot his passport in Milan, so he asked me to help him. So I was looking for a method of transport and europacco came to me as an ideal choice, they had great reviews and reasonable prices. The passport arrived in Austria the next day. I recommend all ten.

My package arrived with 2 days of…
My package arrived with 2 days of delay, which was still very fast given that it came from Rome all the way to Germany. I thought the service was cheap considering that someone picks your package up and delivers straight to your house. Overall, I had a good experience.
