This company is an absolute scam. I was sent a packed of sweets which was open. When I sent a photograph and asked for a replacement item, I was issued with a refund because the item was supposedly out of stock. The item was *not* out of stock, and the refund was issued very swiftly without my agreement. When I explained that I was not satisfied with this outcome, I was told that they now could not send me a replacement item because a refund had already been processed. The scam is clear: issue a refund straight away in order to not be in a position to have to pay additional postage costs and lose the cost of the replacement item which could be sold to another customer. This is only about a packet of sweets, but it shows the unethical processes of this company.

I have been a customer of Europafood xb for quite some time via a 3rd party retailer. Recently I made the switch to deal with them directly and I don’t regret it. I now get even more choice of how and when my items are sent to me and there is a great loyalty scheme too.

Love the products. Quick delivery and - really importantly - no wasted/unnecessary packing materials

Excellent choice of French food items which for some unknown reason are not available in UK shops. Expensive but according to my wife ... worth it !

At last I can now buy my favourite French packet soups at a sensible price with fast delivery. An excellent company. Au revoir Amazon!

Stocked product difficult to find in UK. Reasonably priced, easy to order, prompt delivery and well packaged

I love the mayonnaise and it was reasonably priced. The mayonnaise was delivered quickly and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend their products.

I was missing some pate and spreads that we always buy when we go to France and decided to give this a go. The food arrived promptly and was well packaged. I will be back!

I have been looking for the butter since we left France and luckily I found it here. And the packing was very thoughtful and it arrived faster than I expected. Very reliable service. Strongly recommend them.

wanted to get some biscuits for my sister to remind us of our European holidays as kids. Best place to find them bar going to France myself. Only grumble is that shipping/tracking information wasn't readily given but when chased, they did provide it so cant complain too much

Great french products and good service. I had an issue login into my account and their customer service was very helpful. The delivery was prompt. The 4 stars are only because of the packaging. I ordered biscuits and they were packed in the same box as my tinned Macedoine, so a few of the biscuits are broken. But I will definitely carry on using the company.
