Fantastic Europe Trip by Car/Van
We are from Singapore.. Still on our holiday. Last month March 2026 was Munich. For April 2026, my family of 4 flew in to Zurich had a wonderful trip to Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Tasch to take the Zermatt Shuttle then pickup from Täsch to Lake Geneva and to Interlaken. Today, we left Interlaken to Venice, Italy. Our trip Planner is Ms Bara. She will message me the driver’s name and contact the day before. Tomor we will continue our trip to Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg and stop at Vianna. Flying back from there. Reliable company. Highly recommend

Great private driver
I emailed them from the US and was able to get private drivers for two days in Munich . It worked wonderful. We were able to pick and chose what we wanted to do!

My son and I ride to Prague…
My son and I took this ride to Prague and it didn't disappoint; Tomas was superb and he was really knowledgeable, driving was smooth and he offered suggestions for the two stops we chose to have to make it possible to enjoy both. He arrived early but since we were ready we embarked in our trip and were at the door of our Prague hotel with no hiccups. It is so nice to have someone with you and you do not have to worry aBout luggage while you are exploring; both Regensburg and Karlštejn Castle are excellent stops for this trip and its spaced up in a way that we were able to use the restroom in our first stop and have lunch in the second one. Will totally recommend this to anyone!!!

Dirty old Car with tourist driver
They sent us an old ford fusion car. You would have thought at least they would have clean it but no it was so dirty. It was supposed to be a luxury trip for the price tag. I was better off requesting a taxi. The now for the driver. It was his first time there, so “get your guide” it was a joke. He was lost with us. And never using the app again.

First and most importantly, a vehicle arriving in an unacceptable condition is not our standard. Our cars are cleaned before service and regularly inspected, and we work only with vetted transport partners. That said, during winter it can be very challenging to keep a car perfectly clean throughout the day—especially in large cities where dirty snow, slush, and road spray can quickly affect the exterior. Unfortunately, those road conditions are beyond our control. However, the vehicle should still be presented to a reasonable standard at pickup, and we will raise this with our partner.
Our service is a private transfer / sightseeing transfer, and a Ford (or similar) is a standard vehicle option. Our transfers are not promoted as “luxury” by default. We are happy to accommodate requests for upgrades when they are made in advance, but no upgrade was requested in your booking.
Finally, regarding the driver and navigation: our drivers are professional, English-speaking drivers whose role is to provide a safe and reliable transfer—they are not licensed tour guides, which is a regulated activity in many destinations. Winter driving can also bring sudden road closures, traffic disruptions, and re-routing due to weather conditions, roadworks, or restrictions. While these situations can require changes to the planned route, we understand how frustrating it can feel if the journey does not run smoothly. We will review this trip with the driver and our operations team and work to improve consistency going forward.

A smooth and efficient transfer with time for sightseeing
Dominik was right on time for our pick up, helped us get comfortable and drove us safely with stops we had requested and some recommendations of his own. He got us to our destination safely and was pleasant and efficient. A great transfer experience.

Great drivers, Great experience
I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences with My European Journey this week. I traveled from Vienna to Salzburg with Thomas and I had 2 sightseeing stops. Then today, I traveled from Salzburg to Prague with Pavel which also included a sightseeing stop. Both drivers were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
I’m planning to use them in the future! I definitely recommend My European Journey.

Passau to Munich airport transfer
Our private transfer from Passau Lindau port to Munich airport was perfect. We are so glad we did it. It took the hassle out of transferring to the train station and then worrying about getting to the airport in time for our flight. Dominik arrived early which we love and he helped us without luggage. He had a chat with us and pointed out some landmarks. He then figured that we were happy to just sit quietly and asked if we would like some music which we said we’d like. He had water bottles for us also. The transfer was quick and felt safe. It was well worth doing to take the stress out of things.

Great Drive from Porto to Lisbon
Scheduling this trip was very easy and adapted to our needs as our plans became clearer for our drive from Porto to Lisbon.
