I orderd a Green Bay Packers Alternative Jersey with the name Josh Jacobs. I got the wrong Trikot with Jordan Love ! After a chat with the costumer service they couldn‘t switch the wrong Trikot with the one I orderd.I only got a 30% discount for my next order. I can’t even add the 30% discount to the normal discount events.I think that the costumer service has much Need for improvment. I‘m really dissatisfied with this situation !

Watching Multiple games at once not possible
I have tried numerous times to upgrade my subscription to be able to watch multiple games at once without success. I always receive the message we have sent an email with a link to complete the upgrade which never arrives.

Horrible customer service
Shopping was delayed by the vendor and arrived 3 days later than expected.
Unfortunately I ordered a jersey and it was way bigger than expected so I wanted to return it. That’s when the trouble began…
The returns portal on the website didn’t work so I contacted customer service. Customer service told me to wait up to 3 days and that they would get back to me. I waited for 5 days and heard nothing from them so i decided to contact them again. Theo replied with the exact same message telling me to wait 3 days and that they would definitely get back to me. And of course they again didn’t get back to me.
So I needed to write them again, this time just spamming in caps hoping to get a different reaction - didn’t work. Same mail as the previous two times, still no way to return my items.
You don’t know how I managed to get a different response, but I managed it. They told me to return my items “manually” which to them means giving me an adress where I have to send the items to. Don’t know why it took them almost 2 weeks and multiple emails, but I was happy.
So I boxed my items up, went to the post office and bought a shipping label for around 10 bucks.
After 3 weeks I decided to ask them about the status of the return. And that’s when the big “discussions” started. They replied asking for the tracking number. I replied telling them that I don’t have a tracking number because that would’ve been 20 bucks more expensive (mind you, for a 90 bucks jersey. I already paid 26 bucks to get it shipped to me). They replied asking for the tracking number. I again explained I don’t have a tracking number. They replied asking for a tracking number.
All in all we’ve exchanged 50 mails. I explained everything, asked what else I could do. They just asked me for the non existent tracking number, no matter what I tried to do.
Edit:
The sales team replied to this review both here and via email. They offered me a 50% discount code.
Bear in mind: you almost always get 30% discount anyways. Also, I will never order from this shop ever again - even though this means I also won’t be able to get new fan gear ever again. Bus this experience broke me.
