I ordered a jersey from your shop. Unfortunately, it was too big, and I simply wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The customer service I contacted didn’t get back to me for two weeks—actually, for three weeks. When I finally managed to call and reach someone, I was told that the jersey couldn’t be ordered in a smaller size; instead, I would first have to return the old jersey and then place a new order.

The problem was that the jersey would have cost me 40 euros more afterward, because I had originally bought it on sale, and I didn’t want that. So I had to send the jersey back. However, I also had to pay an 8-euro fee for the return because the seller didn’t cover the return costs. For me, that’s an absolute no-go nowadays. As a result, I will definitely never order from this shop again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

I like it and it‘s ok in M. I looked at the size chart and it was 2 centimetres in M, but there is a lot of Space left, maybe it fits better after christmas, size S would have been the better choice. But it looks good and the quality is fine.

Good experience and straightforward process

Received my order and was very disappointed with the shirt,the s on the patriots is coming away from the shirt already and I've only had it on for a couple of hours.If I still had my order number I would be contacting them about it.Really not worth the money they are charging for them, cheap transfer numbers and name not expecting it to last a year! I've still got a Brady Nike shirt from years ago that's still looking good, the only problem is it's to small now. Would not buy again.
Update:- since writing my review customer services have contacted me, to send me a replacement shirt which has come and was not faulty, I had an issue with returning the faulty shirt the code I was given didn't work for the free delivery so had to pay, but when I informed customer service they apologised and refunded me the postage. Thank you for the help
Edit: since this review I've worn the shirt 4 times, I've washed it on a cool temperature this morning, and have noticed that the numbers are starting to come away from the shirt, that's worn 4 times and washed 3 times the product it's absolutely dogs**t for £110 it cost me, I will never buy from these cowboys again. Buyers checking these reviews please please please think twice before buying.

Easy access to the desired team, many items to chose, but pretty unorganized and mixed (Filter set to women and I got mens clothes, hmm).
Delivery time inbetween the scheduled delivery. That's good for planning e.g. for gifts.
