Order confirmed 31st May for some samples. 8th August, and still hadn't received them. As I wasn't able to locate my initial order email, I left a 1 star review for this via the trust pilot feedback email. Following my review (initially 1star) the company looked into it and reached out explaining what happened and offered to resolve the issue. Very impressed with their kind and timely response. Thank you.

I placed an order for the EPOQUE BEJMAT CHERRY tiles this spring and they are stunning! The order was processed quickly and when I faced an issue with needing to order grout etc the customer team were helpful;, polite and again offered a very quick response. I highly recoomend them!

I Was really sad to come across European Heritage. Why? because it was towards the end of a mammoth restoration job and having bought from a number of other suppliers EU were excellent and had such a good stock and Helen in Ripon was just so helpful with samples. Would highly recommed.

Customer service is outstanding, they also have the most unusual and stunning tiles. I have just sent them several garbled messages about an issue I had and within half an hour it is sorted.

They deserve five stars alone for dealing with me as a slightly ditsy customer.

I ordered 220 Zellige tiles; their prices were similar to many sites. Their shipping was fast but expensive (50+pounds on a ~200 pound order; the only other option was pickup). There was a problem with the shipping; one box was dropped and a few tiles broke. Ella was immediately helpful and shipped out replacement tiles which arrived next day. The tiles look fantastic.

I had a genuinely positive experience with European Heritage.

Things did not go smoothly with a tile order, but what really stood out was how seriously they took the problem and how hard they worked to put it right. Scarlett in particular was excellent throughout. She kept me updated, stayed professional at every stage, and clearly put a lot of effort in behind the scenes to push for the right outcome.

What could have turned into a very frustrating experience was handled with real care and persistence, and that makes a huge difference. It is easy for a company to be helpful when everything goes perfectly. It says much more about them when something goes wrong and they still stick with it until it is resolved properly.

Because of that, I have been left with a very positive impression of European Heritage. Great customer service, genuine professionalism, and a real commitment to doing right by the customer. I would absolutely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Ordered so many samples for my new build from different suppliers and at most I landed on one I would like. Genuinely want to order everything I received a sample of from heritage - absolutely stunning materials

The tiles themselves look good but customer service and delivery could be better. I ordered tiles from 3 companies at once another also had delay issues but their staff kept me informed, were apologetic and I felt did everything they could to get them to me asap considering my delivery needs. European heritage needed me to chase them to get updates several times failed to communicate with me and blamed external factors for delays without apology. They were not flexible with delivery needs nor sorry for how things have been. I don’t expect much just some courtesy and communication.

I have made a few tile purchases from this company and can honestly say they have recovered my faith in online retail and customer service (after a few bad experiences). The tiles are gorgeous, the delivery was prompt and any questions I have had were answered efficiently.

Excellent customer service.
I made an order and quickly received an email to say when I should expect delivery (was given a large time slot). I responded to ask if a smaller time window could be given, and Ella was very helpful. She later followed up on my delivery and was quick to resolve an issue with some damage during delivery.
