Great Tiles, Lousy Delivery
The tiles are beautiful and great quality. The only let down was the delivery which was atrocious. Would recommend company warn about delivery in advance. They were delivered to a domestic address. The delivery driver left the tiles on the path outside my house and refused any assistance. I am a middle aged woman who has a heart condition who is not meant to lift heavy weights, but was left with no option to carry the tiles inside which took me considerable time. Would suggest pre-warning or a better delivery company.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review us and for speaking with me on the phone. As I said, we are so pleased you love the tiles but sorry you felt you had such a negative experience with the Ca’Pietra delivery.
As discussed, we do state in our order confirmation email the suppliers delivery details and warn that the delivery is kerbside and the drivers cannot assist. We do this so that clients are prepared and there is no surprise.
I understand you feel this should be highlighted in a larger way in our emails. We do appreciate the feedback, and we will take this forward with our supplier.

Best customer service
Caroline made the whole experience selecting and ordering all our matching grouting etc utterly seamless. I was overwhelmed with our renovation project and she was the most professional, helpful and kind person we could have hoped to find! Not only are the tiles so beautiful but her customer service after are has been above and beyond. We will certainly be recommending and coming back to buy for the hallway.

We understand regarding delivery charges, but we have to carry across the cost from our haulier for deliveries. We use a very high standard delivery service, as our materials are fragile, and it’s important for us to give the best delivery service possible.

Beautiful tiles and great service.
I ordered marble brick tiles for my bathroom remotely (I live in Nottingham) and was concerned that they wouldn’t arrive in time. The team at European Heritage in Fulham couldn’t have been more helpful and even though my order was relatively small (2 sq m) I received excellent service. The tiles are beautiful and arrived well before I needed them. I’m happy to highly recommend European Heritage.
