Old fashioned, knowledgeable, patient service - such a rarity
There might be glitzier, flashier tiles on offer elsewhere but I’ll always return to these guys for the best advice on a range of tiles that meets my needs perfectly

The collection process has been tortuous
The collection process has been tortuous. I live 10 miles from the supposed supplier, Quessential Porcelain, Salisbury, (or at least tha´s how it posted on the website). I don't want to pay a £75 delivery charge for a few boxes of tiles so I arranged with EH to collect them. It turns out the warehouse is not is Salsbury but Melksham, another 20 miles away and it took 3 phone calls to actually find the order, with each person saying they had no record of it.
Perhpas a more reasonable delivery charge would prevent this, I'm having a whole pallet of flooring delivered today for £40, compared to EH charge of £75 a few boxes! Picking up tomorrow, hope it goes more smoothly.

Rosalyn, thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the confusion regarding your desired tiles. Quintessential Porcelain Salisbury is the name of a tile by our supplier Ca'Pietra, not the location of the tile. To help you avoid delivery costs (which Ca'Pietra charges at £75 per pallet), we offered to assist you in arranging collection from their Melksham warehouse. We apologise for the confusion over the phone regarding the location of your order, and we will investigate why this occurred. We do subsidise delivery charges for orders over £500, but unfortunately, we cannot absorb these costs for smaller orders.

Excellent packaging and not 1 single tile was damaged when it arrived. The price for the Tiles I bought was heavily discounted and no other retailer had this style of Tile. Delivery was on time and I am also happy with the quality of the tile. 👍🏽
