Although the telephone call was polite, the Data and reassuring me as the customer that the package will be picked up on 18th March as established through the call and that shall be Done untill 16 pm simply did not happen.
Moreover I have waited for 9 hours untill 18 pm in correspondence with Hristian, who also claimed the pick up service shall br delivered until 18 pm that day
Since none Of the above was delivered as service I want the total refund Of my money and will never again try to make any trade or services oredered by Eurosender.

I had an issue with an international shipment. Fortunately, I was assisted by Barbara, whose support has been absolutely exceptional.
She took the time to clearly explain the situation, guided me step by step through the required documentation, and even proactively reviewed my proforma invoice to make sure everything was correct. She also contacted FedEx directly on my behalf to help prevent any further issues with customs.
