Customer service is fab

So, I never had issues with Eurosender.

This time the company in Croatia that was collecting refused to collect in afternoon because unfortunatley no one was home in morning.
I went to chat with customer representative, I was in that moment very frustrated because I thought I would have to pay again.

Barbara was so sweet and so lovely and she resolved everything in matter of probably 2 min.

Shout out to Hristian who tried to book over email specific collection time for me day before :)

25 Boxes from CH to GR

I sent 25 Boxes from Switzerland to Greece and the shipment took 1.5 months instread of 4 days that were promised.
I am not an expert in export matters but I had to fill out a form with export codes without any knowledge or help from Eurosender. Since I was not assisted with this many things went wrong and the shipment couldn't get out of the costums.
I had to contact the greek costums myself around 15 times to solve the problem because Eurosender did not help me properly after I paid them.
At some point I even got informed that the cosutums might send my things back or destroy them if they wouldnt get the right papers.
This was one of the most stressful experiences I ever had with a company.

While we provide the platform to facilitate these bookings, the accuracy of the customs documentation, including the HS codes and item descriptions, is the legal responsibility of the shipper. This is because only the sender knows the exact contents, value, and origin of the goods being exported.

We regret that you felt unsupported during this process. We strive to provide general guidance; however, customs authorities often require direct communication or specific documentation that only the owner of the goods can provide to resolve complex clearance issues. The risk of return or destruction is a standard customs regulation for shipments that remain uncleared for extended periods, which is why we always urge the prompt submission of accurate paperwork.

We appreciate your persistence in resolving this with the Greek authorities and sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience caused you.

A sua encomenda continha garrafas de vinho, as quais foram enviadas sem qualquer tipo de proteção adequada ou reforço interno necessário para o transporte de líquidos. Quando o conteúdo é frágil e não está devidamente acondicionado, o risco de quebra é extremamente elevado durante o manuseamento logístico.

Gostaríamos de salientar os seguintes pontos:

Embalagem Inadequada: Garrafas de vidro exigem embalagens específicas e divisórias que não foram utilizadas neste envio.

Seguro e Termos: De acordo com os nossos Termos e Condições, o seguro de transporte não é válido em casos de embalagem insuficiente. O transporte de garrafas sem a proteção adequada é da responsabilidade do remetente.

Itens em Falta: Em casos de quebra de líquidos, o derrame compromete frequentemente a integridade da caixa e de outros itens, o que leva à impossibilidade de entrega ou ao descarte de materiais contaminados pelo líquido pela própria transportadora por razões de segurança.

Por estes motivos, não podemos aceitar a responsabilidade por danos resultantes diretamente da falta de proteção do conteúdo.
