Horrible customer experience

I placed my order on June 4 and was given an estimated delivery window of June 8–11. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email on June 12 to check on the status and was told to wait until June 15 for an update.

I followed up again on June 15, June 18, and June 19. Since then, I've received absolutely no response.

At this point, the order is significantly overdue, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Missing a delivery estimate is one thing, but repeatedly ignoring customer inquiries is another.

Is this normal? This has been an extremely disappointing customer experience and has left me with very little confidence in this service.

Excellent merchandise

Loads to offer, easy to order, the quality of the shirts is never in question too. The delivery has never been an issue. Ordering off WWE Euroshop is always easy and smooth, and the products are worth it as a WWE/wrestling fan!
