Very disappointed is an understatement. Ordered and paid for parcel on 16th December. After the first unsuccessful pick up date I contacted the company who scheduled an urgent collection for another date but nobody showed up again. After 5 or 6 different scheduled pick up dates I contacted them again on 7th January 2026 to cancel my request and get a refund which they did confirm.

DO NOT USE!! After 9 days they still haven't collected my order. They will keep claiming that "the courier will come today" day after day, until eventually switching to excuses like the phone number isn't local or the address is wrong, just avoid them, I cannot stress how horrendous every part of their service has been.

Worst experience ever
Unless you're shipping linen, laundry or any other unbreakable stuff, don't even bother considering hiring this company. It's not worth the hassle. More than half my stuff got damaged beyond repair, the boxes (sturdy cardboard for moving) arrived completely torn apart and everything inside was shattered into pieces. The damage was so bad that one can't speak of an accident anymore but more of intentional damage. The company presumably knows about this which is why they exclude liability if you're shipping certain goods (those that can break). This, definitely, was my first and last experience with this carrier. Better pay a little more next time but get my stuff delivered safe and sound. Communication with the customer service is also a disaster as they are not giving important and required information or explanations. The level of English the customer service agents speak is, mildly said, embarrassing.

I have been using Eurospedycja many times for couple of years. They have never disappointed me. Parcels always delivered, never had any issues. I am surprised that they have so many bad reviews. I would highly recommend them.

They are good until they loose your package, customer service is a joke! They either ignore you or their answer for everything is “I don’t know” They have no interest to help you and act like it’s your all your problem, we still didn’t even receive a simple apology, not to mention update on our package. I would highly not recommend their service!!!

According to the company, the delivery driver dropped my package at my home, i have never seen a package with me plus "Called me" to arrange the pickup from their depot even though there was never any call from them.

Avoid - Parcel was not collected for 5 days. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was told on day 5 that they cannot confirm collection and suggested cancelling my order!!! Then I had to escalate claim via Paypal to get my money back. Completely useless and dishonest service.
