I have ordered from these folks many times with complete satisfaction. If a problem arises, they work very hard to address it.

Do not order from this company. Ordered buy 1 get 1 free travel bag in January, being charged in US Dollars so didn't use usual credit card due to exchange rate, wish I had used PayPal as could have had all my money refunded.
Took long time over a month for parcel to arrive, only 1 bag enclosed, so contacted company said problem with packers would get other one sent, still not arrived. Worst bit of whole experience is they have taken payment for goods 5 times now at different time intervals, so have now cancelled card to stop them doing this.
Have contacted them several times origionally told them had cancelled card but insist they have refunded amount to origional card which they can;t do as cancelled. Now not answering any of my emails, no refund or no 2nd bag. A very expensive mistake & bag.

Ordered 2 travel bags over a month. I've emailed to track them as tracking just keeps saying processing since 16th Feb. I haven't received nothing back. I can't even get in touch to get a refund as no-one replies awful company. Why say shipping in 2-3 days and make you wait months. Terrible

still unfulfilled after 18 days
I ordered 2 separate orders on the same day - Jan 10 - that was 18 days ago. It is still saying unfulfilled yet their website says they ship in 2 - 3 days. I have tried e mailing them twice with an automated response that says they received my email and someone will look at it....to no avail. I think I have to report this to my financial institution so they can reverse the charge, because of course the money was already taken from my card.

Great customer service (I was super excited about one particular dungarees and got worried that -- what if it's not in stock anymore?)!
I got replies very fast, and I even got informed (I didn't ask so that I wouldn't be t h a t kind of customer) that my dungarees would get sent soon!
I got the package's tracking number as soon as it got sent, and I could see when and where it was (-- I ordered something from another company some days before and the tracking keeps saying "location unknown"... (:).
I got the package pretty fast.
And the dungarees is so beautiful. Oh my god. I'll definitely buy something from EvaTrends again in the future.:)
Don't buy - material is a lie
Update 01/09/2022: The company contacted me and claimed the mistake is via the Chinese factory as they would not know what the correct material specification is. It still isn't clear if it is the material mix shown on the sales website or not, since the label attached said "100% Polyester" and not the advertised silk, cotton, viscose mix. They have nevertheless offered to refund me the full amount, after the return label never arrived due to 'issues at their end', and offered me to keep it. I am grateful that they sorted it, and I will give the piece to charity. Hence I am revising my review from one star up to three. It was still all a big hassle.
I just received today my long awaited long kimono after a friend recommended getting one there. I wanted a cotton one initially but also realising most of them seemed polyester (which i hate in terms of feel and smell) so I definitely didn't want to go for one of those and had to deselect quite a few from my initial selection. I finally settled on one that said in the advertising detail "Material: Cotton, Viscose & Silk Mix". What arrived was even labelled: "100% Polyester"!!?? So how is this Cotton, Viscose and Silk mix? It is awful. Plus they don't describe how the sleeve have confusing two holes in different places which does not at all make it easy to get in and out of. But the fact about the materials, which was my main reason for buying is really really disappointing. And now it will be a huge hassle to return/refund as this is coming from China. I am really disappointed and do not recommend this company.

The elastic waistband on my jeans were .ca, I couldn't even get them on! I ordered an xl dress and received a large. I would rather wear dirty used clothing that were comfortable than trust you again. And your return policy, only once. Give me a break.

I love dresses. Especially in the summer heat. I have been buying for 3 years. If you take care in how you care for them , they will last a long time. They didn't even tell me my order had shipped, and didn't get a tracking link until I asked for the order to be cancelled. I didn't get a reply, but it was refunded. Based on the poor communication and shady website, I'm sure I would have been disappointed and felt my money was wasted. Won't shop here again.

I’m very happy with most all of my purchases with you, especially your sweaters. They’re great! I have several which I have had for years and wear them often.
I did notice something recently. I ordered a T-shirt in a bright color, and when it arrived, it was a very pale color assortment. I haven’t worn it yet! I don’t know if it was a mistake, or you just didn’t have the one I wanted. But, it was a small purchase and I basically forgot about it.
But, I look forward to receiving your catalogues and offing something new!
