Hit or Miss
I have ordered from this online shop quite a few times. I have two or three dresses and one top from them I love. It goes either way. The problem for me has been trying to return things. I feel like I have to jump through hoops to finally get a refund.
I recently rec'd a dress and it was fine...a bit big on me but a nice enough house dress. Then I saw a HOLE in the back of it. After spending days getting a refund on another dress I returned, I decided to live with it.
I wish I could give more stars but the quality is truly unpredictable and the return process a real pain.

Absolutely shocking experience...
Absolutely shocking experience.... sizing is ridiculous, I returned a kimono for exchange, and was again sent the wrong size, after literally months of emails back and forth but no replaced kimono, I was again told a replacement had been sent, which was a lie, I have now simply given up, I sent in the region of 20 emails and was constantly told it was being dealt with, and that a replacement had been sent, it wasn’t, and then, they just stopped replying to my emails! .... avoid at all costs..
UPDATE: in reply to Evatrends response, this is not the case at all! I returned a kimono from my origin order as it was too small which you replaced with another one that was too small!
I repeatedly contacted you asking for a replacement in size large, which you said had been sent out but it WASNT. This went on for MONTHS!
I stand by everything I have said in my review, And would advice anyone to avoid this time wasting company.

The articles I purchase at Eva Trends are absolutely worth the wait
The articles I purchase at Eva Trends are of good quality. Nothing flimsy about them. I love the fact that i can purchase quirky, alternative or stylish clothes even with my slightly bigger than average size. It's also very affordable. The time between ordering and delivery is very okay. I can wait two/three weeks when it's worth the wait!

We have taken this with trustpilot but there seems to be no solution for it uptill now and yet we are left with hundreds of negative reviews all aimed at eva emily but coming into our heads :(
