All rubbish

Bought my daughter a ring. She wore it for 10 days and then it was scuffed and tarnished and the “gold” peeling off! More rubbish from China! Company refuses to take responsibility! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Avoid Scam of foreign goods

Avoid at all costs - scam company posing as a London based firm. Advertised through Facebook after being bombarded with ads having posted that I had lost my pet days before though strangely had no further posts after I placed an order for a bracelet. Despite numerous email responses stating it’s in transit and having waited 30 days still nothing has been delivered - update received 34 days after order and absolute JUNK. Not worth £2.50 let alone £25. Avoid retailer at all costs

POOR QUALITY, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

After waiting 3 weeks for my ring to arrive, I noticed firstly that there was a scratch on the ring and then after trying the ring on it snapped in half.
I was told i wasn't allowed a refund as I had worn the ring.
I only received it that day, it was an adjustable ring and was certainly not fit for purpose.
I will be taking consumer advice on this matter.
Avoid this website, the jewellery is not of good quality.

Be very careful

Ordered an item as a Christmas gift in good time. Confirmation received of order & despatch. Tracking info did not provide any detail & when queried advised item was going through their quality check. At this point I was made aware that their fulfilment centre is in China. Next response blamed courier firm for delay. Finally arrived 4 days after Xmas. On checking returns process E&J estimate it will cost a min of £20 to post back to China. Customer service polite and responsive but ultimately not in the slightest interested in accepting responsibility for delay or in resolving issues. Can’t speak for quality of item as package unopened but expectations are low.

Issue resolved & no issues with quality
