So far so good! I’ve had one successful transaction with them and I have nothing but good things to say about this retailer. Prompt customer service, prompt shipping, and fair prices! I just made a second purchase through them and expect it to be just as smooth as the first.

Good evening Candice.

I am really sorry about your experience and understand your frustration. The reason we had to cancel your order is because it contained 5% nicotine, these products are not allowed on the UK market. Although we understand your desire to buy such products it is illegal for us to sell it to UK customers. We have to be very careful with this as we actively stock 5% nicotine in the UK for export and cannot risk people believing we are selling them here.

We have a very strict policy with this to avoid the loss of stock, by way of seizure, which could be very costly to the business.

If you want to reach back out to us, we can work an alternate way to get you your products by supplying them to you in the USA where you said you had friends.

We weren't trying to be unprofessional, it is just that some of our products are only allowed to be bought in the USA.

Highly recommend this business - ordered mango and berry juul pods here, they arrived in perfect shape and in perfect quality. Fresh taste and no leaking.
Great communication from the business throughout the process; pods were shipped promptly after order, tracking was provided and the package was delivered in a timely fashion.
