Had a Samsung aircon unit fitted in our kitchen and it’s absolutely perfect. Thank you to Alan for coming out to discuss and to the 2 lads who fitted it.. nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up perfectly too!

I had a Toshiba system installed by Ste & Ian with 2 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit over the course of a day and a half. The whole process from consultation with Alan, installation and aftercare has been a pleasure. They have all been professional and courteous throughout and their work is very neat and tidy inside and outside the house. The Toshiba system looks great and is plenty powerful in both heating and cooling. I'm looking forward to having a cool home in summer and I look forward to dealing with Everkool in the future for services. Would thoroughly recommend!

Everkool were excellent - their quote was competitive, their approach was flexible and their staff were fantastic. They were always willing to answer our questions and kept us up to date throughout. I really can't fault them and would recommend them happily.

Everything went really smoothly. They came to give a quote at the time they said they would. Their prices were competitive. It was easy to arrange installation dates. The installers turned up promptly and we're very friendly and polite. There was no mess at all, and it really is a great install. My house is now icy cold in time for summer! Thanks very much!

Also helped out to replace a unit at short notice which had failed, which would have left us without heating during the cold months.

Alan came to survey the room to assess suitability of AC unit and was very helpful. Once unit chosen, Alan sent quote with full details of the next steps. On day of installation he came with Ian and Steve the fitters and they were excellent in work with tidying upon completion.The new unit was explained on how it works and all rubbish removed.

Phoned 3-4 Aircon installers, none responded as I was a residential customer except 1 which provided a huge quote. Spoke with Everkool, they provided a recommendations and quote within 24hrs (after coming round to check / survey my home office). Brilliant service from start to finish, good price and brilliant follow up care. Strongly recommend as clearly a good service, reasonable price and very friendly / competent staff!
