Emailed at first and was a bit wary - always believed if it seems too good to be true there's normally a trap waiting somewhere down the line. Had some great phone conversations with their Andy Milligan, always at my convenience as self-employed and sometimes difficult, but everything was explained with honesty and candour and that gave me the confidence to take the plunge with a brand new Kona and I can safely say that the support since taking delivery has been FANTASTIC, no question is too silly [how to use the charging network???] and always with courtesy and patience. I don't know why anyone would criticise the company and staff as refreshingly their customer service and apps are brilliant. Thank you On.to
