Every time I go to the ‘redeem gift card’ page I get the same message. I tried a couple of weeks ago and got the same error message. Doesn’t even go as far as letting me enter my code

Was purchased a £30 gift card by my friend for my birthday.
I tried to redeem this for an Amazon voucher, the link for the voucher came to my email and went I clicked to decrypt the link and get my Amazon code it kept flashing up an error code.
I contacted every wish through their email and was then passed through to “support”.
They took my code and asked for my receipt which I sent and they said they would “get back in touch with me”.
That was 8 days ago. My birthday was weeks ago and still present less.
Honestly awful experience, I personally don’t wish to have an every wish card again. My friend now also feels angry because she has wasted £30.
Updated: the morning after this review it was sorting quickly and promptly after my second email. So upgraded to a 3 star for the quicker resolution, I just feel it shouldn’t have taken a review and 2 seperate emails. But thank you for giving me my £30.
