Scam!! Dont throw away your hard earned cash!
Never buy this gift card! The code scratches off when you try to reveal it! Online many people have stated the same. It was gifted so i had no receipt and when I contacted customer services they lied and said it had already been redeemed... how is that possible if I had a perfectly intact card, still in its sleeve and the foil lining in tact covering the code you would need to redeem it?! Also they said it was redeemed two days BEFORE our party so we hadn't even received the card when it was supposedly redeemed! I suggested perhaps that was the activation date- as that would make perfect sense, and I offered to send email screenshots to prove my son had a party two days after it was supposedly redeemed so it hadn't even been received at that point yet. They said case closed. Terrible, dishonest, scam company. So many ppl having the same experience so they clearly have defective cards. They shouldn't be allowed to continue as a company. I also pointed out it was only £20... but meant alot to my son who received it as a birthday gift and was saving up for something he wanted. I'd understand them being reluctant to refund if I was trying to claim back £100+
So many back and forth emails and waiting for their responses but I persevered for my son. I would never, ever purchase their gift card. Cash is best or use another company like amazon. So many have said redeeming is complicated/cant redeem or they get "error" messages come up and have to try and contact them. Who needs the hassle and stress in their life?! If gifting for a loved one, and you actually love them, dont gift this!
EDIT: Emailed again as suggested in their reply but received the same response back. I replied but received a copy and paste identical response back again. I assume the reply on trust pilot was just so they can appear to be helpful and honest 🤷🏽♀️

The help line was ineffective and the handler hung up on me twice. Absolutely no help so have lost money.

GIVE CASH NOT GIFT CARD!
Cumbersome process and the code sticker peeled off card, luckily managed to salvage. Just give cash and prevent recipient having to undergo frustration of a gift card.

Terrible redeeming process with at least 24 hour delay.
The process of redeeming the gift card was awful. First, I received an email, where naturally I clicked the link to redeem the gift card immediately. I was met with an incomprehensible error message. I returned to the email which went on to cryptically say the gift card won't work for 24 hours, and you only have 24 hours in which to claim it from the first time you click on the link, which all sounded very odd. I continued trying within the 24 hour period, but got the same error message. After the 24 hours had expired (since I first clicked the link) my next attempt resulted in a different, still incomprehensible error message. At this point I was convinced it was a scam. I read the FAQ which said a refund was possible in 14 days if I emailed them with screenshots. Later in the day, before emailing them I gave it one more try and to my surprise it actually worked and I received my £15 gift card for Amazon which I then used successfully. However, the process to redeem it was so bad that I will not be using this website again and would not recommend it for others. They may not be so fortunate.

Don’t read reviews - just read the instructions!
Leaving a review because I don’t want others to expect a bad experience - as I was expecting!
Also going to the redeem gift card page, and finding that it was down, I worried immediately that I was going to have an issue. However, it was around midnight and every company needs to do updates at some point! I hoped that by the morning I would be able to access the page - and the next morning I was able to open the page with no problem.
I followed the clear instructions, and had redeemed the gift card and credited the amount to the retailer of choice within 20 minutes. I’ve given four stars rather than five, because of the delay caused by my initial attempt, but other than that, I found the process to be straightforward!
