I will not trust this company again, If your order was successfully delivered and no issue then good for you. Their after sale customer support is ZERO, apart from not updated stock items, if you're the unlucky one who did not receive your order then prepare your self from stressful communication to Every cloud vape shop, first they will ask you to wait for 2 weeks and pointing the responsibility to the courier, then they will ask you to wait for another 30 days if they will refund your payment. This company forgot that its their responsibility to their customer to make sure the items is delivered on time. We as customer did our part and paid the items so they should be responsible enough to do their part to make sure the customer receive the items. If I did not raise a case to Paypal and refunded my £122 after 2 months may be I'm still chasing them. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

Went in to Westbourne shop and bought a vape for £30 but they had no replacement pods in store so he advised I go on-line and order which I did when I got home, only to find exact vape on-line for £19! When placing order I asked if they would consider a refund or voucher for difference as I am or was one of those loyal customers but they didn’t get back to me.
2 out of the 3 replacement pods didn’t work so I emailed them this morning and the reply was quite shocking! It is my fault as I ordered the wrong pods and on-line vapes tend to be 20% cheaper; please do not insult my intelligence; £30 and £19 is not a difference of 20%!
It is a shame as I like to support local businesses but I, my partner and 3 of my friends will now be shopping elsewhere, they may say that they are a family business that prides themselves with excellent customer services but this my friends was not good customer service

Really bad service unfortunately. I’ve spent a lot of money at the store and liked the people. But my device broke after a few months so I rebought it, and it broke again a few months later and they said it was my fault and were quite rude to me

ordered my new mod yesterday and came today as stated next day👍 i even got some free juice which tastes out of this world😁. Excellent equipment and great with the free juice supplied. Have already placed my order of juices . Great online store as shops are shut and excellent delivery. Thanks guys/girls ,very happy customer. 100% recommend this company.

Customer service is brilliant and the same day delivery service is awesome.

Don't normally do reviews but it has to be said that the customer service is top notch.

Normally go into the shop and the two fellas in the London Road branch are always friendly and helpful, give you the odd extra points on the loyalty card.

Since lockdown I've been getting it online same day delivery no problems every time. I even ordered quite a while after 4 and still delivered on the same day!

Perfect customer service , same day delivery is excellent

Excellent service with Every cloud Vape shop.I placed an order this morning & received it late afternoon.They have so many juices to choose from.I have tried loads Of vapes from different places but the one I found from Every cloud is brilliant.Its the Caliburn.So easy to use.Very friendly staff & always helpful.I would definitely recommend them.Thank you Every cloud.

Ordered a pod vape from these guys which was advertised as having free extras included with it, one of which being spare pods for the vape. I did not receive any of the free items with the order, and when I queried this with Steph from Every Cloud I was advised that I did not actually need any of the free pods with it!

I had to actually request that they send these out to me separately which they did not seem keen on at all. 2 weeks have gone by and I still do not have the free items advertised with the product, have messaged again only to be told that I could be waiting 4 weeks because of delays with royal mail even though I am receiving other parcels fine which were ordered later than this. Probably have not been sent out at all is my guess as I actually live in the same town as them and I can't see 4 weeks being correct at all.

Would not recommend Every cloud at all, worst customer service and they obviously don't care about keeping customers happy or actually sending out items that their advertising as free with products.

Placed an order online because of the covid19 i cant get to the shop.
My bill was over £40 so qualified for the free delivery. As i clicked to pay i noticed too late the bill higher than what i thought. On checking i realized they had given me same day for £3.99.
i contacted them and basically was lied to, this is part of the conversation with them

Once you receive the order, you can send it back to us and when we receive it we can process the refund. The 3.99 will be refunded to you

They tell me order has shipped so,not happy as dont believe that they got my order and shipped it within 25 mins but, ok ill take the same day just to get it over.
Next day, it hadn't arrived so i again contacted them and asked where is my order?

But on Saturday she said it had shipped, still waiting on my order 5 days later. First class post is next day, 2 days at most.

It has now been 3 weeks still order and the £3.99 refund has not come.

Excellent service and very quick response to help if things are not right . I ordered wrong items yesterday , emailed and got immediate response and swap over same day. No extra charges and the delivery guy waited to check I had correct order , If I could give more stars I would ! Superb customer service and great products too .

Top service. Received my vape products on same day & stated if it could be sent ASAP due to no shops being open & I had previously bought the wrong coil, so therefore could not use my machine. Aaron even phoned me to make sure they delivered me the right one, I was really impressed! Thanks again to you guys! Sarah

Highly recommend, done my first order online with these guys and customer service was excellent, prices excellent, had a small issue with my order but was put right very quickly very professionally and without any hassle at all, dispatch was very quick same as delivery well packaged and just what I was looking for thanks again guys will definitely be a returning customer 😊😊

I use the Havant store the guy is really helpful & friendly, knows his regular customers, learns there likes & dislikes is alway informative of any new products that come in.
Only down side to the store is they run out of what I like quickly which can be annoying but I can then order online and it arrives the next day.

Received order less than 24hrs after I made the order. Securely packaged and 100% happy with my choice of vape shop to order from.
Not only are these guys great online they are excellent in their shops. If there isn’t something I want in the shop I can order it online and have it the next day.
I can and have highly recommended my friends and colleagues who vape to use Every Cloud.
I will be using them as my first choice for future purchases and with their generous rewards system I will be reaping the rewards for my loyalty.
