Knowledgeable staff in your havant, however disappointed with the removal of your budget 50ml bottles forcing loyal customers away.

Prices a little on the high side, cheaper online from vape shops up north.... saying that good choice of juices. And friendly staff👍👍👍

As a member of staff I cannot recommend every cloud higher, the team all look after eachother and genuinely value eachother, before starting to work here I knew nowhere near as much as I do now and love serving regulars and new customers alike, if you want to visit a vape store as a first time vaper or someone that has been vaping for a while, pop in and have a chat, meet some friendly faces and peruse our wares, you won't be disappointed :)

First visit and what a pleasant surprise! Friendly staff, knowledgeable but not pushy or patronising. Great selection of mods, tanks and liquid at very reasonable prices. We'll worth a visit and returning already.

Cannot thank the guys in this shop enough, they have litteraly saved my life.
I was a 30+ a day smoker, my forts child was born earlier this month and I'd all bit lost hope in giving up the ciggies. However I popped In just to be nosey and walked out with a set up and the knowledge to get me on my way to being a non smoker. Withing 3 days of walking into that shop I had my first day in 17 years ciggerate free.
Thankyou for making sure I'll be around long enough to see my little boy grow up.

Amazing company, amazing staff, amazing stores, amazing products and amazing prices!

I am a regular customer to the company, i am very happy with their customer service, they are very friendly and i can always feel welcomed into any store I walk into, they answer any questions i have truthfully or to the best of their ability and they help me out if i have a problem with my vape which last year did happen and they were very happy to help out and resolve the problem. I have been to other vape shops in the past but nothing beats every cloud, i also love attending their vape meets as its a lot of fun and i have made new friends through every cloud i'm a very happy customer :)
