I need a phone number so I can get my issue resolved.

Very happy with the prompt response to got to my issue and the way my issue was resolved. Love to shop with these people as the items are good and if there is any issues, which there isn't too many, the company is quick to reply and resolve the problem.

I was notified that an item that I ordered was out of stock and shipping would be delayed. I appreciated that information and was given the opportunity to wait and receive my item or substitute another item. I chose to wait. Very pleased with products I have ordered previously!

One of the canvasses I ordered was no longer available. Instead of refunding me that canvas and ship me the rest, the seller contacted me to let me know which one was no longer available, and offered to replace it, free of charge. Now that IS clientele satisfaction right there. It is my first time ordering from Everydaydeals.com, but it is certainly not the last !!!

I had an issue with some of my diamond dotz drills. I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue. I had an excellent experience with customer service. They responded to my messages in a timely manner. I love all the diamond dotz I ordered. The cards are absolutely beautiful. I never seen anything like them before. I will definitely be placing another order soon.

I like this site for the diamond art pictures with all crystal/rhinestone pictures. I loved the twin towers picture and have ordered more.

Quick response to a question can't wait to recieve my order

I ordered several items including a clock, 3 sets of coasters and 2 canvas patterns. I am enjoying working on all of them. I will order more in the near future.

Not only do they have the most adorable pictures of kids and animals their selection of other items is extensive . Decorative items and beautiful gift items . The customer service is awesome, any issues and the get right back to you. One of my items was out of stock and they responded right away and gave me the choice of choosing another item or wait for it. They acknowledged my request right away. I will definitely order again.

I like doing diamond painting and it's fun to do

This was the first time i purchased anything from here. I order a lot of diamond dotz and the diamond dotz cards. The cards and the regular are beautiful. I came across a problem with one of the dotz I got does not have all the dotz. 😢. I emailed twice and still have not heard back from anyone. So for here on I will open all that I get and make sure everything is there.

An item in my order was out of stock. They advised me and asked me to choose a replacement. After I responded and let them know which item I would like instead they responded within 24 hours to advise me they made the change and would be shipping my order.

The guy had good service And I like the diamond and you always got back to me when I got an question
