Overcharges vulnerable NDIS participants

This company raises the prices of everyday products and rips off NDIS participants. Lately they are also charging a mandatory 65 dollars on top of all NDIA orders. Slimy company. The government's thinking of cutting lots of participants funding and it's because a company like this, that we have issues with budget They rip off hardworking taxpayers money which I'm sure the community would prefer went to an actual cause that helped people within the NDIS. I've delt with many companies when purchasing items with NDIS funding and this is the worst one I've come across. Hope they get what's coming to them real soon.

Total SCAM!

Total SCAM!! I ordered several pairs of underware & received the wrong order. I took photos & contacted them about the problem. I was assured that the correct order would be sent out immediately. Its now weeks later & Ive sent 3 emails because nothing has arrived in the post & I've received no further emails from them regarding the issue. The customer service is non existent! I do NOT recommend this company & will not be buying from them ever again. BEWARE!

Misleading return policy

The return policy is a long essay and in the beginning it mentions they'll happily take any refunds or do exchanges if the item doesn't fit. I didn't read to the end - and upon my request i looked and the complete end of it says it will not take socks. Had it been represented honestly from the beginning not purposely left literally at the end - i would not have purchased.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware: On the 14/11/25 I bought 3 pairs of shoes through my NDIS Funding to fit my AFO’s. 1 pair didn’t fit and I didn’t receive my free gift. I emailed them to say I wanted to return 1 pair for an exchange, they were slow to respond, they don’t won’t answer or return phone calls. The emails says return via link below, but there is no link? I emailed again to state that there was no link, so they sent another email with ‘click link below,’ again no link… numerous emails with generic responses. We are now almost into March, and I am beyond frustrated.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, using my sons NDIS funding at the start of November, have been told multiple times they are due to arrive in Australia, will be shipped within 48hrs etc and still nothing it’s now the end of January. School starts in 24 hours ish and I have no shoes for my child that will fit him with his AFOs. I have emailed asking for a refund, no reply, called, can’t get through. My only option is to now raise it with the NDIS and plan manager as a misuse of Funds on the company’s end. Shame on you for taking advantage.

I wrote a review on Monday te an order…

I wrote a review on Monday te an order placed last November for shoes for my daughter.
This is an update.
I contacted Every human both by phone and email and was promised that I would receive a confirmation within 48 hrs of the item being dispatched.
It is now a Friday - over 72 hours later- and I've not seen any sign of an email.

On 5th Nov 2025 I ordered a new pair of…

On 5th Nov 2025 I ordered a new pair of shoes dor my daughter’s birthday, 27 th November. They weren’t currently in stock but the websites said they would be available after mid November.
No shoes arrived.
On 28th Nov I both rang and emailed re the failed arrival. Response email was that they still hadn’t
arrived in Australia.
I asked for a refund.
I then hoped they’d be available for her for Christmas. But my wait was in vain
It is now Jan 20 and enough is enough. I’ve phoned and got the same message as always. High volume of phone calls etc etc. i’ve emailed again and again received the standard stock reply- our policy is.. nothing related to my request and no indication my email has even been read.
Not sure where this is leading but I suppose I will have to take it further?
Update:
It’s now Feb 2 nd. Shoes were delivered Friday after many excuses for the delay. But at least the issue is resolved. Thank you Everyhuman.
Shoes are gorgeous. My daughter loves her Billy shoes.
I’m happy with the outcome but will be hesitant about buying fro this company again.

Uncomfortable runners …

Hi I purchased size 10 runners from every human. They were way too big so asked for an exchange, to a size 9. This was promptly enacted. My problem
Is that when I tried the shoes on they were so uncomfortable I couldn't walk. So hard, and heavy and rigid. They were pressing into my ankles and hurting. I asked for a refund as I can't wear them (and they are correct size ) but they won't refund due to the fact I bought them on sale.
I am unhappy with the product, and the service and disappointed because they looked perfect.

Poor Customer Service

Edit: They have contacted me and solved the problem. Rating has changed according to the experience.

They advertise their products as being inclusive and supportive for people with disabilities, but unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t reflect that.

I purchased two pairs of discounted shoes for my son’s new set of AFOs. I usually size up by two sizes, but this time the shoes ended up being too big. As we are leaving overseas very soon, I quickly placed another order for the same shoes one size down, hoping to return the first pair for a refund.

The website stated that discounted shoes are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund. I still reached out via email to explain our situation, but the response I received was nothing more than a generic script that didn’t address my actual request or circumstances.

In the disability community, empathy and flexibility matter. I wish their customer service reflected the same understanding and support that their marketing claims to stand for.

Still waiting for refund 3 MONTHS later

I returned shoes that were the wrong size and am still waiting for my refund THREE MONTHS later. They initially responded to email correspondence but after confirming they received the shoes back I haven't heard from them again. I've emailed multiple times, called & spoke to someone who had to speak to their boss (never heard back), called & left a message & received a text reply saying to email. It's beyond ridiculous. I just want my $124.95 back.

Great experience

I made my first purchase with EveryHuman recently and was very happy. Firstly, purchasing was easy and straight forward. Then, the product, true to size, 'wide' is a true 'wide' fit - unlike many other brands. Not only are the shoes I purchased extremely comfortable, they look good - a simple combination of things that many other companies seem to get wrong. I have already made a second purchase with EveryHuman.

Great Company Great Product

I am sometimes hesitant to order online but after reading the ads for EveryHuman inclusion too shoes, my arthritic feet encouraged me to try them. Now they are the only shoes I can wear all day and still not have sore feet at the end of the day. I am so impressed with them that I now have four pairs. And for an online service I have been able to contact them a few times and received amazingly quick responses and lots of help in ordering

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, had to do return as wrong size came. Immediately sent shoes back, 1 shoe was replaced immediately which is great but the one is out of stock and we were told we were going to get store credit. They never sent email on how to redeem, I called emailed and called multiple times. When I called I just got an sms saying just email as there’s only 1 person on the phone. When I told them I did but never got a response they said they’ll follow up but never did. I finally got a response today after commenting on their social media with instructions on how to use discount code but forgot to send the actual code.

The shoes itself is chunky and heavy not fit for a toddler already having difficulties walking. Would not recommend.

Hi Krystele,

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry this process has been frustrating.

We’ve sent a few emails along the way, so we’re not sure why the original store credit didn’t come through — but we totally understand how annoying that is.

We’re a small team (just one person on phones and inboxes), but that’s no excuse, and we appreciate your patience. The store credit code has now been sent through. Please let us know if you need any assistance using this.

Let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks,

not as disability friendly as they like to think

It’s not enough to design products for people with disabilities… your customer service and policies need to reflect real world accessibility too.
I bought the Billy Inclusion Trail shoes in 8.5 because I found the size chart difficult to figure out. It seems different to other brands and even states that the us9 and 9.5 are equivalent to a European 40 which doesn't really make sense. I'm usually a 39-40 depending on the sizing but I generally don't fit a us size 9. When the shoes came they were unfortunately too small so I returned them. When i returned them i made the mistake of  just saying "i need the next size up".The shoes that were sent to me were a 9.5, despite there being a size 9 available. When I emailed in about this and the fact that the shoes were now too big they basically said they count in between sizes as a half size, so my request for the next size up to them meant a full size up. Again, this feels ridiculous and like their mistake. What regular person who doesn't work in shoe sales would think that half sizes don't count? And are half sizes not still sizes? It makes no sense to me at all. I had already paid to return the first shoes and on my limited budget could barely afford to send this pair of shoes back. And when I went to the post office, in one week the postage had gone up by $5. I couldn't justify this expense. I bought the shoes because they were on sale and if i returned them a second time i would have paid more than full price. As mentioned my budget is extremely limited, not only is there a cost of living crisis, but people with disabilities are often already struggling financially. I decided to try and keep the shoes that are too big, although to be honest I don't even want to wear them anymore. I found that while this brand markets themselves as disability friendly, their returns process and the issue with the half size were not disability friendly at all. I emailed them with a list of reasons why I'm disappointed. That was a week ago but they haven't even bothered to reply. Not only will I never spend money on this brand again, but I've been very vocal about it. And every single person I've spoken to, when I mentioned the half size not counting as a size, they have been totally shocked. Because who would know this? I never imagined that using the words "I need the next size up" would lead to such a nonsense issue. Needless to say I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. On top of that, I was so excited when I ordered the shoes that I threw my old runners in the bin. So now I don't have any that fit at all

As mentioned in the reply from the company the issue was resolved and I don't think it's a coincidence at all that they contacted me the week after my review went up, professing their mistake and offering to sort it out. Not updating my review other than to add this in because I still think they only fixed it due to the review and prior to that they were more than happy to blame me for the mistake

Out of pocket

UPDATE ... There is no point me emailing you to discuss as I had already done that many times at the point of purchase and return and you dismissed me and were not accommodating at all. When you are dealing with disabled people, you need to be a little flexible and work on your customer service. In the long run it would be better for your business.
Emailed them prior to purchasing shoes as I was hesitant as we couldn't try them on before buying. Was reassured all would be good. Was going to order a size 11.5 and told to order an 11. I ordered 2 pairs shoes which did not fit. I returned them and am now out of pocket with Every human not accepting any responsibility for the return post cost. Will never buy from them again, very disappointed.

Inconsistent sizing

I bought a pair of Hi tops (Billy) for my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to wear a brace with both shoes. They have been great for over a year, however, I bought another pair recently, same size but different colour. They only zip up half way and do not fit properly for him.
There seems to be an inconsistency in the make which is extremely disappointing.
