If i could rate them lower i would! After ordering and paying for a style i had confirmed were available in another store (different state), two days later i was told there was no stock and the order couldn't be fulfilled and that i would be contacted to organise a refund. I had to contact them and then they couldn't manually do a refund and told me they would direct deposit...a week (& many emails) later i am still waiting for the money. So i am now $220 poorer and no shoes to show for it.
My advice - give this brand a huge swerve!
I wouldn’t buy from this group which included a number of online ‘stores’. I ordered a pair of boots on sale at Mountfords site. A day later I received an email to say they had sold out. I tried with Mathers as they had the same sale on. Two days later I received an email to say they had also sold out. Four days later the same boots they are still being advertised on both sites as being available. I’m not sure if this just very poor stock inventory or a form of money laundering. I won’t shop with this group again.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! My wife ordered a pair of purple "leather" boots and when they arrived they were crumpled up in a small postal bag, no box, they were marked, creased and NOT LEATHER! Buyer beware, do not order anything from this mob. Web site and everything else looks nice and prfessional, but I suspect they are working from a rat infested dump somewhere, and thats where they belong!
TERRIBLE UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE..OR LACK OF IT!
Brought a pair of sneakers online from Diana Ferrari to be sent to NZ.Refunded without explanation or apology following morning.Shoes were still listed as available online...got some pathetic excuse from customer service.A week later my brother in Adelaide brought me same shoes still available online and sent to him with no problem whatsoever!Why bother listing shipping as available to NZ when you cannot/will not follow through! Note to Kiwi buyers....dont bother buying from Munroe Footwear Group in OZ!!!
Bought a couple of pairs of shoes as a gift. They were sent in the flimsiest of bags and were damaged in transit so the box was ripped and crushed
Contacted the company for a replacement (again, reiterated bought for a present...for my MIL no less!!!) and the response was "Unfortunately this is not an error on our part as this appears to have become damaged in transit"....of course they were, they were not packed appropriately. Anyway, they arranged the transit and have the contact with the transit company. Therefore I can't even claim from them.
Will NEVER buy from these guys again.
If you want your purchase to arrive in even a reasonable condition or want any semblance of post sale service when there is an issue, don't deal with this unfeeling and un customer focused company.

I.e. Munro Footwear Group that includes...Cinori; Colorado; Diana Ferrari; Dijango & Juliette; Gamins; I Love Billy; Midas; Mathers; Mollini; Mountfords; Silent D; Supersoft; Style Tread; Top End; Williams; Ziera so will be actively avoiding and sharing my experience across them all as the service is defined and managed by this parent
..and to think, the solution to you would have been easy and cheap!!!!
