Ridiculous customer service. My item has been delivered to wrong address and its been for sign witch i never sign as i havent receive it. Dhl have done investigation since january witch its done already but no one from evetec direct answering on my emails so i lost £1000!! i would never buy again from this company! Fake tel number!
sent me a used item, cost me £250 to ship it back to them, got told i'd be refunded shipping cost, it's been over a week, no reply, no refund on shipping and no one in contact. avoid
We never received our order. They delivered to the incorrect address (other side of the country).
It is not possible to speak to someone. Just an email that took several days to get an answer. Eventually, they gave up answering all together and never refunded nor provided the product…

They charged me and never sent the device. Fake email and phone number.
Following on from my last review. I've now received an update on my order, and that it is, still stuck in customs. This seems to be a re-occurring issue with this company.
They have since been in contact to inform me that the item will be released from customs on the 2nd of February. This will now be over a month since placing the order.
Today I have received tracking details for someone else's order and I can no longer track my original order number #1075.
Please contact me to discuss when the order will be delivered!

Your order was delivered to a neighbor by the Royal Mail driver.
Delays were encountered due to customs clearance procedures, which are much longer in these times than usual, it is something we cannot avoid.
