The professionality and the service…

Both the professionality and the service makes EV Europe complete.
Once I bought a complete battery set and BMS to build in the Sustainable Yacht 'Ya'. Not an easy project, especially during COVID time.
For every step I got the right instructions. When I needed it, I got some extra advice. Then a problem rose with the compatability of a charging device (Studer Innotec). They solved it with communicating with them.
Now, 4 years later, I had a problem. I wrote just one email with the information of the incident and I got an email back with exactly written and drawn the different possible causes.
This is what a customer wants. The professionality AND the service, all at the right time, 5 stars is the only choice, with pleasure.
