We have been happily using the Eviivo suite for a number of years in our B&B but our situation has recently changed and Gary Carter has been more than helpful in organising a positive solution for us. Many thanks and we would recommend Eviivo to anyone.

We've had 2 properties with eviivo for a couple of years now, and we generally find the service to be very reliable and the platform is great to work with. The mobile app leaves a few things to be desired, in its design, but it's not a major drawback.
The most important part for us has been the fact that the offices of the company are in London, and the availability of live support for the few minor issues we've had. Nefissa has been super helpful and so lovely to work with, I have always been glad to see her come onto the live chat.
Highly recommended company (we've tried a few others in the past, but eviivo beats them hands down!)

A problem with login to our account was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Spoke to Sam he was very attentive patient and extremely knowledgeable about the products he helped to guide me effortlessly through some changes in my evivio suite being very patient as I’m not techno savvy.

We’re on the Essentials package with the Payment Manager add-on, and it works perfectly for our business needs.

One of the standout features is the reliability—very minimal downtime in all the years we’ve used it. And whenever we’ve needed help, the online chat support has been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

eviivo has become an essential part of how we run our accommodation business, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!
