Bogdan- our hero!!

Bogdan was the most helpful person in our experience with setting up our Eviivo arrangements. He has the patience of a saint, and was able to clearly explain and guide us through the process. We are complete novices in this and without his help we would still be struggling massively. He is pleasant and answered all our really stupid questions and never made us feel like anything we asked was too much trouble. A total superstar!! Thanks a million Bogdan

Mhamed.B was excellent. Clear. Prompt. Knowledgable. Friendly. Quickly resolved an issue for me and educated me to help improve my business moving forward. Eviivo are a good company because they build their own systems and they know their stuff.

Excellent 5 star service as usual from Evivvo

I’ve spoken to Sam on Customer Services and he deserves a 10 star review. He is so helpful and so knowledgeable as he is a real credit to the company he works for although I have been with Eviivo for getting on for 18 years I’m so not understanding completely how their system works but as usual, Sam got me out of trouble today .

I had had a very frustrating experience…

I had had a very frustrating experience getting access to my account having been locked out for something approaching 3 weeks. Eventually, through Emanuel, I was referred to Miguel. Miguel had been well briefed and was able to help. Initially, unlocking my account was not straightforward, but Miguel said he would explore further and reestablish access for me. I had to call off at that point as I had an appointment elsewhere but Miguel said he would call back upon my return between 12 and 1pm UK time.
Before Miguel even called back, I had an email saying my account had been reset and gave me a link to follow. This I did, and, hey presto, I got access! Miguel will have seen that I'd got access ( I think), but as promised he phoned to ensure all was well. Thank you Miguel and Emanuel!

Booking calendar does not work well. Client service very poor

We are very frustrated with Eviivo. We have communicated a very important problem with the booking calendar more than a year ago and we still haven't received one single follow-up from them. Not even once has someone from their team given us any kind of information about the status of this issue.
The problem is a very important one: we are renting our apartments for a minimum of two nights. If a client tries to book accommodation for just one night, the system will give a feedback that there is no availability, it won't tell the client that they are require to select a minimum of two nights. For us, this is a big problem!
As I said, after one year, we are still waiting for a reply from Eviivo.
Conclusion: we don't recommend Eviivo as they are not focus on their clients.

Bogdan

Bogdan , my account manager, goes above and beyond to accommodate my ridiculously busy schedule. Without his expertise I would not have been as sucessfull as I have been to date with my sTL bookings. He knows how to maximise visibility and how to produce a great listing. I love the ease of use of the software. Especially useful is the daily rates cal. Prices can be changed instantly without dipping in to rate plans.

Amazing and seamless experience with Eviivo Bogdan is amazing

Great experience with eviivo my account manager Bogdan has single-handedly really helped out with improving the business efficiency and streamlining everything in one place. It has created a lot of time savings and also financial savings as well having everything on one place. The system is really good and it enables me to run my short rental business efficiently. Thank you so much and highly recommend Eviivo

Urgent Account Access Issue

Urgent Account Access Issue – No Support Available

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Eviivo. I have been unable to access my account, and despite this, Eviivo continues to process an automatic payment for a refund that has already been handled manually.

There is no clear way to contact the Eviivo team to resolve this issue or to revoke their access to my account, which raises serious concerns about data and financial control.

Unless I receive immediate assistance, I will escalate this matter to Consumer Protection authorities. I urge Eviivo to contact me directly as soon as possible to resolve this.

Hi Catalin, our Team have tried to contact you since December with regard to your Account, however have received no response. As confirmed during your conversation with our team today, the guest refund was not processed by the eviivo system, but VRBO themselves, as they were unaware of the manual refund which you had provided the guests directly. We will be happy to pass on your proof of refund to VRBO in order for you to be able to resolve the matter directly with them.

Service is great.

Kay in online customer services is great. I'm sorry I made the mistake of moving to another channel manager, because now I see just how good EVIIVO are! It's been a nightmare switching but EVIIVO have been there to help when needed. Don't switch! Other companies may have a lot of sale talks, don't let them convince you. I think I ended up losing a lot of money and bookings. I will stick with EVIIVO now!!!

Clear and Considerate Support

Sam was amazing. He pinpointed the issue and helped us sort it in record speed and was a delight to talk to. Had great energy and the 15 minute call flew by. Best experience with eviivo support. Love how they choose the best staff.

Great support call from Orj

Great support call from Orj. I only had to wait about 2-3 mins before my call was answered and then Orj was quick to answer my 2 queries. Eviivo is a great platform and works so well for us and I guess why we have used it for more than 10years. It does have a few peculiarities due to its evolution but the support team are always there either by chat or on the phone to deal with your challenges, which they can normally resolve very quickly. Well done Orj!

Eviivo is amazing in all aspects

We have been working with Eviivo for years and I can say that they don't cease to improve their system and functionality.
For myself having a small business it is the perfect solution. But today , having a little administrative problem , I want to highlight the dedication and professionalism that thei staff Nefissa showed to us . We are sometimes doubtful of solutions made through " chats " but Nefissa went above and beyond to help us and she indeed solved the problem. She saved our hotel's weekend. Congratulations Eviivo for having a brilliant tool but specially skilled and kind staff
