Appauling service and misrepresenation.
Wrong advice, not contactable, was stranded at the airport for 24 hours, unable to enter, no assistance, and advisors that were unhelpful and not knowledgeable. It cost me two return tickets and international hotel accommodation.
I will never use your service again, and I will make sure that as many people as i can reach are made aware of your scam

We informed her that, since your son is underage and cannot secure a visa solely supported by his father's documents, it was crucial to adhere strictly to the guidelines.
Your family has used our services multiple times before, successfully traveling with visas issued through us. In this particular instance, the issue arose when, at arrival, the officer was informed that your son's purpose for entering was to convert his residence visa into a tourist visa. Please understand that current policies are stringent, and visa conversions are not permitted upon arrival. Had the purpose of travel been declared solely as tourism, this situation could have potentially been avoided.
We recognize how frustrating this must have been, especially after your son’s visa had already been validated and used multiple times before. The return from Dubai without being able to enter is unfortunate, and we share your disappointment. Rest assured, we value your feedback and will take steps to better communicate the nuances of these regulations to prevent any future misunderstandings.
