Additionally, you have purchased a Denial Protection service for additional fee, which explains an even higher total cost. Regarding your concern on the credibility of your received eTA, please note that you can easily verify the matter by yourself on the Immigration Office's website. Scammers, they ask for payment when they dont have all the acquired information, take your money and even tho they didnt do the service and got you a visa, they WONT give all of your money back. Stay away cuz this is a way of scamming people.
Edit: this is write after reading the response from the company. A lot of words for the same dissapointing result. No one answering my email anymore but trying to show “service” for this platform. If the money you wont give me back is for “service”. I would suggest try giving that instead of stealing money for services you did not provide!

Payment is required before processing can begin, as our service includes reviewing the application, checking the provided data, verifying documents, and contacting the customer when something is missing or incorrect.
In this case, the application could not be completed because the required information/documents were not provided in full. Since our team had already started the review and processing work, the refund was issued according to our refund policy, which means that the refundable part of the payment was returned.
We understand this may be frustrating, but this does not mean that no service was performed. The application was reviewed, the missing requirements were identified, and further action was requested from the customer.
