Well, in general it goes easy, and the question or required information becomes a bit annoying (how can I retrieve my India visa information for more than 10 years ago?) but it went fine.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The first time I wrote it
The first time I wrote it, I had to rewrite it because I entered it in Japanese. It seems that writing concisely is best.
High pricing and bad service
Unfortunately, the service provided by eVisaEntry does not answer the basic standards required for such support. In my case, next to the higher fee (compared to other providers), eVisaEntry refused to refund me for a mistaken visa request I made. 2 hours upon opening my request, my trip got cancelled and I kindly asked for a refund. Unfortunately, it was denied. I am disappointed - high pricing and bad service are justifying my feedback.

You pay alot more and they don't react if you want your data to be deleted
You pay alot more than directly, on the goverment website, they never tell you the costs, just shortly before you fill out the payment. When you ask them to delete your data, you still get e-mails that you didn't finish the process. They didn't react to my e-mail for about 4 days already.

Poor Service - No Refunds
VISA was applied for on 16th February 2026. By 24th March 2026 still no VISA documents provided.
Qatar Airways flights cancelled on 24th March. eVisaEntry will not issue a refund for the unprocessed VISA. Did a Section 27 claw back via the credit card company.

The process was simple
The process was simple. However, as there are many input fields, it feels somewhat time-consuming.
Good work to me
Somewhat Reasonable Application Process
The application was mostly straightforward. There were some details that it took me some effort to track down, such as the email address of the hotel I'm staying at. One good thing is that when there were formatting errors in the address they were pretty easy to identify and resolve. I initially used commas, which are not allowed. Some online applications don't give any clue as to what's wrong in a data field.
During the review process there are some notifications that I didn't understand. After uploading most of the information I got a clear designation, such as "Done" and "Processing" in green bubbles, implying these were good. But for my passport, the notification is a yellow bubble that says "in revision". What does that mean? I uploaded another picture of my passport with no change. It's frustrating because now I don't know if I should wait for their review or try another version of the passport.
Also, there's a feature that should be nice/comforting to "Track My Application". It asks for the application ID, but it doesn't give information about what the ID number could be, nor where to find it. I tried a few different ways to type in what might be the application ID #, to no avail, and unfortunately no clues about how to fix the problem. Ugh.
I'll check back to the application page every day and hope for the best, or at least some actionable information.

Straight forward process
It was a straight forward process. When a document was missing I could stop and continue later.
Pretty good
It worked as expected and pretty fast, better than Indian government website.
