Sophie is the best! Kind, gentle and meticulous with her work!

The consultation before my first laser was really to be appreciated. Explained in a good manner and in detail. However, I didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to spend more money to buy the after care products when already I am spending a lot on laser service

Clinic is clean and hygienic. Professional staff. I have been going to their clinic for 2years now and so far, it has always been a great experience especially with Thanya.

Morpheus 8 was the most painful treatment I've ever had, and I was left with black eyes for 2 weeks and continuous pain on my cheek bones. And worst of all there is NO difference now, it did absolutely nothing but damage me. Appalling.

Tran has done my treatment she was very professional and made sure I was kept informed of every product she was using on my face. She was kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.

Absolutely love love loved my experience! Hydro and yellow light therapy with an additional collagen mask. Almost fell asleep. Phone didn’t even recognise my face when I went to pay!

I had an adverse reaction on my face after my first face laser and I was concerned about getting it for a second time. The women at Evolution Laser have helped me immensely with before and after care and were more than happy to answer any questions I have.

My therapist, Vanessa was lovely and the session started well. About halfway through the treatment, we were interrupted by another staff member who had to retrieve the LED machine in the room. They both had to move the bed to make way for it to be moved out and then Vanessa had to move the bed back before resuming the treatment.
Following this, the RF machine stopped working. Vanessa moved the bed again explaining sometimes it didn't like the cord stretched. The machine then worked intermittently whilst Vanessa tried to finish the treatment. She couldn't complete it and apologised profusely but had to pack up and leave it to me to rebook another session.

Abir help me with my ance problems and all other skin issue like scars. Thanks for all your help. See you soon!

All of the girls are lovely! They really make you feel comfortable. I finally got my nerves up to have a free consultation and then couldn't wait to make my first appointment! I was actually offered solutions rather than a sales pitch! I had my first injectable under my eyes today for my sunken dark circles... im 42... it was a lovely professional experience and Nurse Taylah is so wonderful. I felt like i was in great hands from the moment i met her. I have (diagnosed) chronic anxiety and have never done anything like this before, never even had a facial, but i did it and it was ok!
I highly recommend the girls at Shellharbour. Even if you are only just thinking of wanting to make your skin better, please consider them and get a consultation and see for yourself. Btw i have not been paid for this review. I'm just so happy about how my under eyes look right now and how everything was so smooth and easy, i can't contain myself! It's only been a few hours since i had this done but i am very impressed with my results.
