I got most products for my baby ball python set up from this company. I love they have a wide variety of products and frozen reptile food. My parcels arrived in good time and condition. I’m very satisfied overall and highly recommend purchasing from this company xx

I have received my order via post
I have received my order via post, however I will not be doing it again.
I opened my order to find half my locusts jumping out to surprise me! It seems Royal Mail do not care what is in the parcel, so perhaps you can write in the box that you send out something like LIVE STOCK!! and perhaps they may take better care.

Even with everything going on right now, ER delivered the livefoods I needed quickly and in perfect condition (incl. some frozen items). I wasn't able to leave the house so really appreciated them being able to deliver so promptly, one less thing for me to worry about. Lovely team and a fab shop

Frozen snake food by post
Ordered frozen snake food on-line. It arrived the next day and was packed so well that it was less thawed than when I drive to the shop to collect. Great service.

We can highly recommend this shop
We can highly recommend this shop. They are all very knowledgeable, look after their animals very well and also take animals in for the holidays and look after them very well as well. They only sell animals that are suitable as pets, i.e. won't grow too large.
The live food lives very long and is in very good condition when it arrives.
They also help with any questions around care and gave us good advice when our chameleon was poorly.
Their animals are all housed in suitable vivariums or cages.
