Recently got the evolve you lifting straps. Genuinely the best ones i’ve ever gotten. Super comfortable, love the pink and the anti slip grip has been a game changer for me. 100% recommend.

Can't recommend it highly enough. It gave me the courage I needed. Its very user friendly and I love to earn my stars and be part of a century club!

I downloaded the evolve you app after seeing Krissy Cela on YouTube and my life is forever changed for the better. I am super-introverted and short on time everyday but my workouts are important for my emotional health. It is my at home personal trainer that I can pause when it’s time to move the laundry to the dryer. I have tried new workouts and targeted different areas with confidence because there are clear descriptions for proper form. I've had the EvolveYou app going on four years now and I depend on it, so much. I've always been pretty active, but never with a plan or proper structure. This app is very much worth the yearly subscription. I hate trying new things, and so I'm always hesitant to try a new trainer but I'm always glad I did. It keeps things fresh and fun. Love it! 💖

Good if you are an absolute beginner and don't know how to find workouts online, on youtube, etc.

I quickly regretted my yearly subscription, the app doesn't really remind you to increase the weight, it just gives you the option to do that on your own when you want, and I was looking for more options regarding that, not just hey do 4 sets 10 reps of this exercise, but progressive overload options. Somehow I was under the impression, since a lot of trainers have gym plans and talk about progressive overload in general, that the app will offer options regarding this, beyond just tracking your weight manually. I can do that in a notepad.

If you are looking just for a workout plan to follow, you can easily find free ones online.

I like the programs that I do in Evolve you app , very detailed and you can do exercises at your own space , there’s alway an alternative exercise which I like most , in love with this app

Have reached out about an issue with a code at least 4 times across multiple weeks and have heard crickets. I understand the holiday rush, but this is insane.
