Quality has a price
Very good quality and easy to assemble. Plus the chair has a small footprint which make it easy to move, store and arrange...
Just was a small problem with generating tracking number for the delivery.

I do hope that our actions in this case is the best proof of our customer service approach. We are only humans, and your case was trigged by a external software issue in combination with a bad timing. Again, sorry for the hassle and a happy new year :-)

Very helpful info, thanks. The tracking mail is auto generated when the goods are released for the warehouse, and there must be a bug in the connection between UPS tracking (consignor) and our ERP system. We will reboot the systems January 2nd. FYI our normal response ratio is within 24 hours, but I am responding to this review by remote and do not have access to the mails from here. Sorry for the hassle and a happy new year from Copenhagen.

Our office is closed due to Christmas holiday as stated on the website. Our customer service will respond to your email first thing January 2nd. Please check your spam filter in regards to the UPS tracking number, sometimes it ends up there. Due to Christmas deliveries might be delayed - but still 3-5 working days within EU, as stated on the shipping terms.
